My case scheduled for Monday trial settled today. Happy client = Happy lawyer. Was looking forward to trial but need the time to catch up. Looks like after 12:01 there will be a whole new wave of topics once Anthony is released. Hope that people don't financially support her whatever she may do. Her best case...she let Caylee rot after being wrapped, bagged and dumped. Nothing redeeming to support her financially.

So not interested in seeing that skank getting out. I will only watch anything KC-related if Caylee is finally getting some justice, if you know what I mean.

I hope that TMZ or Radar On line gets the exclusive and publishes it before the three pool regular journalists are allowed to.
There are three private airports in Orlando. It will get figured out. There will be some unusual buzz somewhere. I go to the Fairmont Hotel every working day as it is a shortcut and I know when someone big is arriving. ( The Queen, Bono, Arni S. Neil Young ) More guys with earwires in the lobby, more scrutiny of the front door and the escalator and guys watching the elevator.
Too many persons will BB's and cell phone cameras and iPhones.

They probably have immate reports of their own. Smile IMO

I'm not getting married, but, um, if anyone wants to send it to me....

500.00!!!!!!!

I would have hubby build display cabinets for the $500 blender and $600 laundry hamper.  After we are pushing up daisies ... the grown kids can play Jan Ken Po (rock-paper-sissors) to determine ownership of these valuable collector items.

I won't be watching her release either as I will  either be on here or in bed.  Since Mason is packing heat I hope something provokes him to use it and he injures KC and Bozo and whatever others are there to help her get away.  I said injured but wanted to say kills KC but then I would have to ask forgiveness.

Perhaps the dumbest statement that an armed person can make is "I am armed".

Deen said Anthony can leave the country with a passport, even with civil lawsuits pending.

Actually I hope she leaves the USA.
Let some other country have her, period.

How can she do this with being a felon?

I was talking to my hubs that knows a significant amount about leaving and entering the country.  She would not be able to get a passport with an outstanding debt to the IRS. They do let some debtors get one but normally not. As for leaving the country, as a felon she is welcome to leave - but the country she is entering has the right to refuse her entry. Once she is out, unless she commits another crime abroad , she always has the right to come back to the USA. I wonder if she has a passport already? She does not plan ahead many times so she may not.

Just a side note:  Casey already has a passport.  It was discovered in the early days of the investigation by LE..they asked George and Cindy if they knew she had one and they did not...I think she probably got it when she was thinking of going to PR with Amy's group.

I am not sure she is classified as a felon.  The lying charges were misdeanors.  The check felonies were handled in an unusual way because Strickland thought she would go down for the other charges..namely Caylee's murder.  So unless it states on her record the check felonies..she is free as a bird to travel where ever she likes.  The penidng civil cases do not effect her ability to travel abroad.

Case Type---CA--Other

07/15/2011Summons Issued orig. and copy to atty by hand

07/15/2011Civil Cover Sheet

07/15/2011Complaint

What is this about and who is David Badali?
He is one of the divers that searched I believe at Blanchard Park!

yes he is I just checked it out.....

A diving course director involved in the search, David Badali, told FOX News Channel's Miami bureau that the bags found had bones, bricks, a green shamrock toy and another toy inside. He said they were discovered in 10 feet of water at about 1:30 p.m., the area has been declared a crime scene and the FBI was retrieving the items.

Search Diver Files Lawsuit Against Casey Anthony

Badali was recruited by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla to assist in the search for Caylee back in November of 2008. He headed the dive team that spent hours in the water searching the Little Econ River in east Orange County.

Badali has filed suit in hopes of recouping the costs of his dive search.

Good for him.  The Diver's risked there own lives in the search for Caylee.  They deserved a Million dollars!  Smile

However I believe passports are only good for 5 years....
Have to google it......

These newspaper and t.v. people who spout off things don't know much more than you or I, except they get paid for it.  However, I found this article interesting because it gives you a little insight about a persons release from prison in Florida.
