I got this on the Keeping Track of Casey Anthony FB page!  Don't know how to link it.

BOYCOTT & BARRAGE TRIDENT: They are interested in hiring Casey Anthony to write her story:
Robert Gottlieb
(212) 333-1500
gottlieb.assistant@tridentmediagroup.com
I just called as I'm unable to send an email and the girl asked what I wanted to talk to Mr Gottlieb about and I said his offer for Casey Anthony and she said, "maybe you better get your facts straight" and hung up on me. I kept calling back and they threatened me with harassment. I guess it's okay to murder your daughter and then get a story but when someone asks if the rumor is true you get threatened.  I was trying to get a physical address to mail him a letter and they hung up on me so I called back as I got hung up on then again cause my phone dropped the call.  Then a third time as she hung up again and then threatened me.

Maybe it was his wife answering   Monkey Devil!

   I hope you blocked your phone number:)
No I didn't!  I forgot but I didn't call back after they threatened me so hopefully it will be okay.

Another one?

Robert Gottlieb sounds familiar though.  Maybe just a familiar name.
If they do come after me anyone know of a good attorney?  Too bad I didn't live in Florida I would get John or Matt Morgan!  Seriously though I have never been so upset and done anything like this before.  So I will not be making anymore phone calls to anyone in regards to this case.

Grandma, I really would not worry about it.  This is America.  We are free to make phone calls as long as we don't break any laws, and you didn't.  Bunch of hot air.  For them to do anything to you, I bet they have to do it to a million other folks who also called.  I am pretty darn sure you were not the only call they recieved.

Al says, hln w/jvm, 1 min ago, "If Baez doesn't fulfill his agreement for 1 M interview, Al will sue Baez, Casey and Geraldo for breach of contract.

You go Al.

I am just loving all these lawsuits against bozo too.

Me too because even if they never win a dime, they will tie him up for a very long time making it very difficult for Baez to earn any money himself.

A long time ago, I took Business Law. Contracts, tort law. I have forgoton most of it.
In order to breach a contract, there has to be one.
Negotiating via emails isn't a contract.
No consideration was given to either party.
Can't sue for breach of contract if the terms were never agreed to.
ps, I am going to look that one up on line as the stone tablets were had in the oldern days were taking up too much room , so there were used as pavers.

I believe, sometimes, verbal contracts are binding, but I guess it would depend on the proof of such a verbal contract and also the situation.

Yuri needs to hook Casey up to the back of his bike on a 10 foot chain and then take a tour of Florida.  You know, to show her all the places that Caylee had supposedly seen.

 Paradigm had signed the lawyer Thursday afternoon.

Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez has been dropped by the talent agency that signed him earlier Thursday.

Elaborate Plans Made To Keep CA Safe

 ::snipping2::
It won't be impossible for Anthony to get a fresh start, though it will be difficult, said Los Angeles-based attorney Thomas Mesereau. His clients have included the late singer Michael Jackson when he was charged with child molestation and actor Robert Blake when he was charged with murdering his wife.

Anthony could accept requests for paid interviews, or a benefactor may be able to help her in the short term, Mesereau said.

"When you have that degree of celebrity, there is usually somebody who would like to get involved," Mesereau said. "The problem is trusting anyone. People are willing to leak things to the media. They're willing to be paid off for information. It's very difficult to find people whom you can trust."
 ::snipping2::

I hadn't even thought of that aspect.  Yes, there will be those in the future who will befriend her and then ultimately deceive her.  Bummer for you, Casey.
That had occurred to me a few days ago.  Exactly how long do they think they can reasonably hide her before somebody talks? Seriously, attorneys have employees processing the paperwork. She has to receive legal docs pertaining to her appeals, pending suits, etc.  Banks have multiple employees who process customer transactions and notice more than you'd ever imagine (particularly patterns of unusual credits/debits/deposits/withdrawals/repeat checks from one source or location).  Hotels have numerous employees, coming and going all the time who would potentially come into contact with Casey (if she were in a hotel).  Equally telling would be anything out of the normal behavior of hotel guests that would tip off hotel employees (like insisting the room only be cleaned by a particular person or only allowed at a certain time of the day or night). Personal care, like haircuts, manicures, and shopping are also potential minefields, exposing Casey to contact with someone who may sell their story to the press.  Private homes of reporters and lawyers (hint, hint) may have housekeepers, gardeners, landscapers, etc.  In a private compound situation, there are deliveries and more opportunities for someone to make some extra money when he/she notices a change in the number of items/packages/frequency of deliveries/etc.  The postal service is legally obligated to deliver her mail somewhere and someone has to be picking it up, either from a P.O. box, an attorney's office, or a mailbox. Everybody has neighbors. Those neighbors may innocently notice something new and unusual and put two and two together.  Hiding someone infamous is difficult to begin with, but nearly impossible for any real length of time, unless you have nearly unlimited financial resources (which Casey does not, her attorneys do not, and the A's do not).  In short, there's a lot of people involved along the trail from Baez to Casey/Geraldo to Casey/Mason to Casey/Macaluso to Casey/Anyone to Casey.  Therefore, there's a lot of potential for someone to get a nice bonus for leaking info on where the girl is. To a lot of people, money talks. JMO
absolutely right - plus she loves the attention & her "team" has probably had enough of her & quickly finds things to busy themselves with when she's around.  I think she'll try to go out.  May be in disguise.  Heck is may even decided that bad press is better than no press and voluntarily let her location known.

So, I had yet another dream about this case.  I am only posting it because of what it entailed about Caylee's death.  I woke up before I could ask more questions.  I was so upset.

So, I was at a bar (apparently I was Casey's friend in my dream, not ever going to happen).  Bozo was there and so was George and Casey.

I keep trying to talk to Casey but either Bozo or George keep pulling her away.

Somehow, I finally scream to her, what happened to Caylee.

Now, I do not remember how this could have happened, where Casey was, but the gist of it was she found Caylee in the refrigerator dead.

Then, George pulls her away again so I never get an answer to my "who put Caylee in the swamp question."  I got a one liner that the why she was put there was a family decision.

Then, Casey is pulled away.  Later on, I am by George and he looks at me all evil and says something like "you know, they will never get me on anything, never."

I very clearly remember in my dream when Casey told me she found Caylee dead in the refrigerator, I covered my mouth and gasped so loud the whole bar looked at me.

I wanted to ask then what was all the penis in the mouth garbage?

I wanted to ask why the parents were asking her in jail about who took Caylee?

There were so many questions I wanted to ask, but I tried to go back to sleep to continue the dream and ask her, but I got another dream.

Zoo, when you go to sleep tonight - maybe just softly repeat Caylee's name over & over.  You never know - Caylee may answer some of your questions instead!

"If I knew then what I know now, I might not have been so honest," says Ford, a 32-year-old nursing student. "I didn't know the whole world was watching and that everyone had their mind made up on what the verdict was. I didn't understand the magnitude of it."
 ::snipping2::

 ::snipping2::
Ford blames the media for much of what has happened after the verdict that led to much anger and many protests.

"I think the media helped them to determine what their thoughts are," she says. "I think the media helped to determine the case before the jury saw it."

Ford says she hopes to never again see a criminal case from the jury box.

"I should get a lifetime pass," she says.
 ::snipping2::

I agree,Ford should never be a juror again...ever.IMO.

I really resent her implying that I don't have enough common sense to come to my own conclusions as to what happened to Caylee and by whom. I don't need the media to sway me one way or the other and I think many of us took the time to do our own research, something the jury never did. I'm glad to see this lying wench is miserable, I hope she is the rest of her life just like Casey. JMO
Serenity, unlike Jennifer Ford, we can think for ourselves, follow judicial instructions, and make informed, intelligent decisions based on the evidence presented to us.  We don't have to have someone hold our hand and tell us how to think (or not think, in this case). Moreover, we're not afraid to stand and defend our position, holding the line.  We take responsibility for our choices and actions; we don't need to cast blame on others.  No one made this girl do anything. She's not liking the consequences of her foolish behavior. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say she's likely easily manipulated and bullied.  All MOO

Thinking about the post yesterday of Mallory and Lee's wedding registry.  That reminded me of Mallory's testimony and glowing review of Casey's mothering. Mallory Parker- What were you thinking? Awesome mother, huh?  So, awesome mother's don't call 911 when their children "drown"?  Awesome mother's lie to LE and the public and allow people of all ages and walks of life to donate their hard-earned money so their "abusive" mom and "abusive, molesting" dad to go on cruises, buy earrings, and get tattoos?  Speaking of cruises Mallory, who do you think paid for yours, Honey? Little old men and ladies paid for it instead of buying some of their groceries.  Little children, who wanted to help one of their own, paid for it with their piggy bank money/birthday money/allowances.  Middle class men and women didn't buy things they needed, so you could cruise the high seas and get a tan in your bikini. Poor people gave up something they really needed, so you could get something you didn't. I just hope and pray if you ever find yourself holding your own child one day, you'll remember for 31 days your idea of an "awesome" mother let her child rot in a swamp.
Food for thought:  If men unconsciously choose someone just like their mother because she's the pattern imprinted on their brain throughout their developmental stages (it's familiar to them)...then what does that say about you?  That's not meant as a slam, just something to think about before you tie yourself to the family permanently.

A few parting thoughts...Isn't it interesting that the Prosecution never once simply asked George, "Did Caylee drown?"  or "Did you find Caylee in the pool on June 16th?". Since the defense opened the door with their theory, I think I would have asked him.  I would have hammered him with detailed questions, forcing him to either fall apart under cross or describe it in intricate detail. I would have advised his attorney that I would be pursuing abuse of a corpse, obstruction, and fraud charges.

It will be interesting to see if the pool stays up and gets useage next summer.  I would think most parents of drowning victims remove the pool. I would immediately. All MOO

Like many of you, I say ignore Casey and she'll surface.  After all, she believes she has what it takes to be famous.  Judging by her photobucket, she thinks pretty highly of herself.  She's used to commanding attention from her family.  Why would her "new" family be any different?  It's going to get interesting when she decides she wants to be in charge and steamrolls over her "new" family".  They're foolish if they think they can control her. All they have to do is look at Cindy.

Note to Baez: We'll respect the verdict,when Casey, you, Mason, Sims, Finnell, the rest of your team, Cindy, George, Lee, and Mallory respect Caylee.  Until then, no dice.

Well, caught up and headin' out.  Take good care everybody!

Aurelia7-thanks! Cheney Mason/Baez may have some funds at their disposal to buy a measure of silence, but they forgot one tiny detail...fame + $ are big motivators for a lot of people (especially when the paycheck is not as big as the bigshots). I think the not-so-dynamic duo may have underestimated a bit.  Just sayin'

Software Designer Reports Error in Anthony Trial
By LIZETTE ALVAREZ
Published: July 18, 2011

MIAMI — Assertions by the prosecution that Casey Anthony conducted extensive computer searches on the word “chloroform” were based on inaccurate data, a software designer who testified at the trial said Monday.
The designer, John Bradley, said Ms. Anthony had visited what the prosecution said was a crucial Web site only once, not 84 times, as prosecutors had asserted. He came to that conclusion after redesigning his software, and immediately alerted prosecutors and the police about the mistake, he said.
 ::snipping2::

 ::snipping2::
“I gave the police everything they needed to present a new report,” Mr. Bradley said. “I did the work myself and copied out the entire database in a spreadsheet to make sure there was no issue of accessibility to the data.”

Mr. Bradley, chief executive of Siquest, a Canadian company, said he even volunteered to fly to Orlando at his own expense to show them the findings.

Cheney Mason, one of Ms. Anthony’s defense lawyers, said it was “outrageous” that prosecutors withheld critical information on the “chloroform” searches.

“The prosecution is absolutely obligated to bring forth to the court any and all evidence that could be exculpatory,” Mr. Mason said. “If in fact this is true, and the prosecution concealed this new information, it is more than shame on them. It is outrageous.”

“This was a major part of their case,” Mr. Mason added.

The State Attorney’s Office in Orlando did not return messages seeking comment.
Capt. Angelo Nieves, media relations commander for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, said Mr. Bradley had a vested interest in coming forward since his software was used in the investigation.

“We’re not going to relive the trial again,” Captain Nieves said. “We are not prepared to do that nor are we going to participate in that.”
