From what I understand, Jose has probably already structured an LLC to be the recipient of funds paid to Casey for pictures or interviews, or even a book. She would be an employee of the LLC and be paid a salary. It wouldn't surprise me for Jose to be a paid employee as well.

If that's the case, it will be very difficult for anyone to get their hands on her money. Tim, Zenaida, Leonard, etc. may not be able to collect damages even if they are awarded some.

The best thing would be for no one to pay her in the first place. I hope the public stays vocal and willing to write sponsors, and boycott products and services.

Lippman went on to say that G&C do not know where she is. Jose said he would call Lippman this morning but once again has not followed through. Lippman said he is publically asking Jose to let them know she is safe and to call.

Without proper legal representation (not Baez) to financially advise Casey, she may have signed contract for a salary Dollar amount instead of the more lucrative Percentage amount.

Baez could end up with what Casey will eventually perceive as the lions share.

Baez is no longer Casey's criminal attorney. Now he is her agent/manager attorney. Can we see a possible CONFLICT OF INTEREST, here?

The walk begins at 2 p.m.

Agree with all.  Quite possibly especially true in regards to the 2nd paragraph---but at least it will be on the record.   Her inexcusable actions have hurt many charitable & kind people.  She must be held accountable ---at least on the record.   It's the principle of the thing.
