Considering Lippman claims that David Deese had to be "checked out" ... it makes sense to assume that there was no prior relationship with the Anthonys.  In other word ... they were not friends.

And, according to jury instructions, jurors couldn't find Casey guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of first degree or second degree murder or manslaughter or aggravated child abuse without knowing the time and cause of Caylee's death.

For first-degree murder, according to the instructions, jurors had to know that the time between premeditation and murder was "long enough to allow reflection." Since they didn't know when Caylee died or how, they couldn't know this, he said.

For the other charges, the instructions said repeatedly that they had to know beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony's acts caused the death. "Again," said Huekler, "without knowing the time and manner of death, they couldn't know this beyond a reasonable doubt."

The jury instructions said each juror had to have an "abiding conviction of guilt" that did not "waver and vacillate" and was solely based on the "evidence introduced in the trial."

"It wasn't that we believed Casey was innocent," he said. "But we knew it wasn't enough to think she was probably guilty based on her lies. To follow what the law required, we needed to be definite."

"Extra's" Jerry Penacoli sat down with movie producer and former spokesperson for the Anthony family, Larry Garrison, to talk about all the swirling rumors. Garrison speculated that Casey Anthony could be headed to Mexico.

"I was told she would be staying at her attorney's home in Mexico," said Garrison.

According to Garrison, Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, also took photos of Casey on a beach in Florida and told her "not to look in the camera" so the pics would appear more candid and earn more money from a potential buyer. Another money-making scheme could be to sell a set of pictures of Anthony taken on a private jet leaving Florida.

"They were partying on the jet and there were pictures of Casey drinking champagne and they wanted to broker those photos," Garrison revealed, adding, "All of this is being orchestrated by Jose Baez. I've spoken to him many times and his mentality was making money."

TV producer Al Taylor claimed on Nancy Grace that he met with Casey in Palm Springs, and only had one thing on her mind. "The first thing she [Casey] said when we had the meeting was, 'Where's my check?' I tried to explain to her that we're willing to put a $50,000 deposit down, but obviously can't give her the million dollars and say, 'See ya in a week.' I don't quite trust her for that."

When it rains, it pours.

The Department of Labor announced today that Quinco Electrical–a Winter Park-based contractor recently ordered to pay restitution to the federal government after violating the Buy American Act–was also found to have been cheating its electricians out of higher wages by classifying them as “pipe layers.” The company will be required to pay out $68,778 in back wages to the workers.

The news comes on top of two well-publicized investigations (which the rest of the Orlando press corps originally conflated into one) last month into the employment practices of contractors involved in the construction of the new Veterans Affairs clinic in the Lake Nona area southeast of Orlando.

Quinco Electrical is one of the contractors working on the site.

Just goes to show that birds of a feather flock together.  And in this case, it's a kettle of buzzards. ( I looked it up.  That's what a bunch of flying buzzards is called, honest.)  The Anthonys who facilitated that obscene tale which caused that travesty of a trial, IMO, and a guy who cheats his hard-working employees.  Personally, if I were offered an all expense paid vacationi to the Bahamas I'd say, "No thanks."  Maybe Marbella, Spain, honey, but not Nassau.  Oh God.  All of the cars are like 1950 Fords and with most of them you can't be moving and have the air conditioning running at the same time.  I looked at a condo way at the end of one of the Islands and didn't want it and the real estate agent wouldn't take me back to town.  Finally found a cab.  I did buy that aforementioned voodoo doll there, but that was the most interesting thing I did.  There are some fairly nice casinos and hotels, but that's about it. I mean, how long can you swim?  You get all wrinkled up. Of course Cindy wouldn't notice.  She's already wrinkled up. BTW Does George still wear that diamond earring in Casey's honor?

The Florida Division of Insurance Fraud was wrapping up its own probe at the site on Feb. 9 when somebody on the site tipped off Immigrations and Customs Enforcement to the possibility of illegal aliens working on the premises. The ensuing raid was juicy fodder for local TV news, given the thermal imaging reportedly used to locate people who may have been hiding in the walls.

Neither the Division of Insurance Fraud nor the VA would say which contractors are the subject of the initial investigation, but it seemed fitting that the state’s insurance fraud investigators would be on site, considering that former Quinco procurement manager Sam Mollison had also told us that the company had been cashing in on insurance checks after falsely claiming that materials had been stolen for their warehouse

Allyson M. Geggatt ("Geggatt") brings the instant action against Quinco Electrical, Inc. ("Quinco") alleging sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII") (Count VIII) and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Sections 509.092, 760.01-11, Florida Statutes ("the FCRA") (Count VI). Geggatt also brings two claims of battery (Counts II & III) against both Quinco and David Deese ("Deese"), a claim of defamation (Count IV) against both Quinco and Deese, and a claim of negligent hiring and retention against Quinco (Count IX).*fn1 Additionally, Deese has brought counterclaims against Geggatt for defamation (Counterclaim I) and defamation per se (Counterclaim II). I checked out some of the guys recent purchases.  Nothing too interesting. Mostly electronics.  One interesting item was a minuature drum set...gold.  hmmm
So doubt that would be anyone in the anthony family.
