I saw a very bright international attorney, Eastern Indian on TV one day, who said it can be tried in Alabama.  I know nothing about law myself but I asked one of my attorney brothers from Florida, and he said it could but it would be very delicate and there would be many barriers to cross, but it is possible.  He, himself, is no longer a criminal lawyer because he came to the realization that 99.9% of the accused are criminal and the law does not allow enough punishment.  He went back to school and started prosecuting fraud, particularly insurance fraud.  There was a ripe field for it in Florida at the time.

That would be a good test, Tiger. Put him in a dark car with them at night and see if he could describe the embroidery on their navy blue underpants. If he couldn't, he'd be put under the jail for life.

Exactly.the reason it won't be tried here,is every aurgument would go to Scotus and Alice Martin won't.She has other fish to fry that won't tie her office for years.If she overcome the hurdles,which is a maybe,at best.I would love to see it,but I won't live that long.

9/21/06 - KLPD announces an agreement has been made and they are taking over, reviewing the dossier and will return to Aruba.

9/26/06 - Pres. of Courts Luis Delannoy climbs out of his rathole to make his first public comments on case. Talks of how limited the judicial role has been in the case and how the judges can only react to the information given to them by the Prosecution.

  No coincidence that Delannoy felt the need to defend the judges the same week that the KLPD took over, considering all the inexplicable rulings handed down that favored the suspects. Also no coincidence that every decision since, suspect status / Paulus compensation / searches, have gone in favor of the prosecution.

I agree.  If Natalee was put in a crypt, this would be a likely one to look at.

Yep, I thought it was a fairly long skirt too. I was in college in the 60s, and I used to wear skirts so short that the slightest wrong movement would expose my underpants to the whole world. I know about sitting in cars so that my underwear wouldn't be exposed. From what I've seen of the skirt Natalee was wearing, that certainly wouldn't have been a concern of hers in that outfit. Joran is just practicing his lying abilities again.

And the phone and computer records are useless as they are so obviously not complete.  At one time Joran said something about picking up his phone from his girlfriend's house but didn't do that yet he had a cell phone so how many did he have?

Did he just steal another one when he needed it?  Jossy has alluded to his stealing from kids at school and we know he not only took his brother's but for some very odd reason broke the chip in it.  I wonder what he was hiding doing that.

Here is an interesting product, too.  Note the inventor's place of origin.  I keep saying they have the world's best hackers!  They do and I have the dead hard drives to prove it.

The crime itself was petty (***on an International scale-- not to Natalee or us) but the COVER-UP was MONUMENTAL in its implications!

From my viewpoint, there are two aspects to this case that make it different from other unsolved missing persons cases:  

1.  THEY'VE GOT THE PERPS!  Just reading what this website has collected, the statements given to ALE, makes them looking 'guilty as hell' and we don't have all the statements.  This isn't a no leads, no one knows, everyone has an alibi case.  For those who say there's no evidence, you look to how the case was handled.  I don't need to preach to the choir here.  

2.  Aruba showed what it thinks of Americans and American tourists.  From 'how much money do you have' to blaming Natalee for getting into a car with three Aruban sons, as if there can be no crime if she drank too much or went willingly.  What a stupid, stupid thing for Anita to bring up in her big FOX interview.  NATALEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SAFE WITH YOUR SON!  Instead, Anita and the protesters in Aruba say she went willingly (???) so......     Dennis Jacobs adding that they sometimes put drugs in the drinks at a very popular tourist spot instead of closing the place down and putting a stop to it tells all.

I wonder how many years they've been like that and I never noticed.
