Hey None, have you tried freezing these?  You can freeze truffles which I believe are very similar to ganache


Have you read the latest from Tulane University, that eating chocolate candy is better for your teeth than toothpaste.  I knew there was a reason I wanted to eat it all the time.

tyler you are too funny, I use dark chocolate in the ganache since it's supposedly better for you, we sneak some in the middle of the cupcake too for good measure  Laughing

well off to get my shower before my turn with the prayer vigil, prayers for Natalee all and take care !

I will be sure and tell her. Thanks!  Their friendship was a new one as she had just recently gotten to know her.  #3's boyfriend is a fraternity brother of the girls fiance.
