To whoever made comment: I have taken a tour of the facility and even spent a night in there when it was inaugurated. So have everybody in my gradutating class at Colegio Arubano who wanted to participate.
KIA opened September 1990.

Based upon a write up about him in VistaAruba he's in his 20's I'd guess, maybe early 30's.

My best guess would be an attempt to portray young "lamb der sloot" as a "scapegoat".   Simian knew this was not the case and said as much.  
 
Who the intellectual work came from I have no idea but I would bet the house it was Paulus who arranged it.  

If I had to guess today I would say Steve Cohen, associate of PVDS, the founder of ArubaTruth.com who coincidentally has a major presence in Broward County.  For the record, I am not at all firm on this but there are other factors that lead me to believe it could be Steve Cohen.

Perhaps.  But I think it more likely that it was someone Cohen hired.  The person had a strong cultural background in Caribbean politics, religion, and music.  Perhaps it was someone from the islands, living in Florida, and hired by Cohen at PVDS's urging.  Someone we will most likely never know because his identity is insignificant.  He was hired to throw more red herrings and place them like a Caribbean puzzle or riddle.

I agree it would have been a Cohen patsy rather than Cohen himself.  Check Cohen out, including his heritage and his professional career.   He has many, many resources that were likely all tapped in to in my opinion.  Some could include, domestic politicians & the prime minister of Aruba (campaign manager!), THE MEDIA (CourtTV, ABC, etc.), attorney's, and even (*Many) Broward County Gubenatorial(sp?) candidates and politicians appear on his client list.

Steve Cohen orchestrated Joran's initial press conference when he was released from KIA -- WAY before he became official spokesperson for AHATA. He was ALSO an "employee" of the Aruban government.

That is why I have ALWAYS suspected Government involvement in the cover-up from the get-go!

When Cohen was "removed from the payroll" -- I had hoped his self-respect and American citizenship would compel him to come out and spill his guts.

I suspect he is too far complicit in the whole dirty matter to ever come clean!
