I see y'all had the same trouble with the link looping back to the start of the old thread instead of to here. That is a FIRST... after 800 threads in LCD in all its iterations since we started 2 years ago!

I think this run we have had lately has been the longest without a crash since the beginning. Our last "big one" was back in June of last year, wasn't it?

and hopefully the last also - Tom and Red and Klaas endured enough with those so let's not jinx it by talking about it

But how many days would you say the Cupcakes stay fresh W/O adding preservatives to them like Hostess / Dolly Madison etc.?

well i know from experience the choco ganache ones last several days   honestly the others have buttercream frosting which does have a limited shelf life, the sugar actually serves as a preservative for the butter when combined but ideally should be eaten within 24 hours?

buttercream freezes well though, so I'm researching and also going to do some testing. you're welcome to come for a cupcake visit, even the kitties said so !  

I volunteer to be the guinea pig here...just mail something good to me every day and when they come in perfect condition I will let you know, just as soon as I finish eating them.

Well that's just great...I found myself saying the same things I did last night as I jumped into the clean cage only to find it dirty again.  That was a very, very strange experience.   Now, everyone is heading off to bed.  I think I will go look for the moon.  BTW what is this score thing you guys are posting?

as you know, I love kitties and my mom has a Maine Coon named spooks but your blue coon has the best of names   we have a white persian named high cotton for us southern folks

Just wondering... since there has to be (guessing here) a lot of pre-made cupcake type packages available   OR (I / We can recycle & send to you for a small discount  
Is there any place in your area that does Flash Freezing where you might be able to work a deal in adding your stuff to their process?

None, I think you should open a franchise of cupcake shops, like the Sprinkles ones.  I haven't been to a Sprinkles--we don't have them here--so you probably have lots of cities in which you could open your shops.  I love cupcakes!!  Especially the pretty ones with flowers on them.
