I am very saddened to hear of the death of Destiny.
My first reaction was anger at these animals that walk among us.  
She was taken pretty close to her own home from what I can figure out so far.
They're taking them out of their own beds and from their own yards.
Are these predators just waiting and watching the children, looking for the one split second of opportunity ?

I was reading a story last week or so.  I sent it to Mrs. Red regarding a person who had communicated with one of these animals, not like what Truman Capote did, and I think he said he had stalked and staked out as many as 25,000 people but of course, did not rape and murder them all but had that many on his "to do" list.  I think first offense should be immediate conviction, make them sit and watch porno videos and anytime there is a sign of tumesence, stick them with the cattle prod in the privates.

They used to do that as part of trying to cure them.

Checking to see if the Late Night Crew is hard at work tonight.  CBB is on vacation or out of town I believe.

Tyler, do you have some cephalexin to take for that?  DH would say I am practicing without, LOL, but maybe he has a better suggestion.  You will need something and antibiotic ointment on it too.

He cleaned it with Betadine and put some triple antibiotic on it.  He wanted me to get it taken care of at the Urgent Care Center.  My Tetanus is up to date so that was not a rush but I probably still have antibiotic in my system from the IVs.

I will work the backseat conversation with you if no one else will.  I will be up for a while, had to drink coffee earlier on because I got sleepy and still had chores to do.

Kat, I was not aware of that.  So it did not work?  They need to do that for life and not let them die, just make them endure.

  And I didn't do that yet, None...  I just overheard a need and I spoke up...  Eucharistic Ministers have to be certified every year ~ it's not really a big deal ~ but I let it slip, because I just wasn't able to do it for a while...

Which almost makes me think that there will be resolution in Natalee's case sometime soon too...

I am not on my regular computer, have one of son's and am using it while mine goes to B'ham to be checked then on to authorities.  Son said he will have to sign a waiver that if they lose data on hard drive it is OK.  Well, heck, it's not OK!  

But he brought me a tower he had still in the box when he decided to use his notebook all the time.  Naturally nothing is registered nor updated which is why I think he was so eager to bring to me for me to do all that, huuuummm.

I will chime in but do not have type in color.  That is if I have anything to add to the backseat tanscript.  Or maybe we should wait for CBB or AZLady?

We will just wait for them because that will give us a variety of opinion and see if we can come to an agreement.  There are going to be several differences of opinion --- I can already see it coming --- and that is the part that really needs dissecting --- I am already changing my mind about something I said last week but will wait until we re-visit it.  I have thought more about it, and have had some difference of opinion from my ownself.  Never hurts to do that.  The more opinion we have, the more we dissect and analyze, the closer to truth we come.

Does anyone remember the statement Clint van Zandt made about sexual predators on Dana's show? I have been trying to remember how he phrased it, but it was something along the lines of this now being a national emergency for us?

I'm glad you got some help with the PC and that others will be reviewing it. My daughter thought I had lost my mind I was laughing so hard at your post about leaving cookie crumbs/messages for the intruders on your network!

I am little help with the case now, simply unable to engage my mind in the structure of details all of you do so well. So I'll wish you success with that.

Today I remembered how van Zandt met with Deepak last summer to encourage him to tell the truth and protect himself and his brother. To me that was a defining moment, for van Zandt was compassionate with him, and we've seen how protective he is of Satish. So what would be worse than being incarcerated for this crime against Natalee? I can't help but feel it's related to others far larger with the capacity to hurt him and all of his family. So not solely due to that, but rather due to that and other details, I vote Paulus and his elders were involved and in more than just after the fact.

Something so horrible lurks on that island that exposing it to the light of day is a fate worse than prison???? I also think Jossy's exposure of the other teens impacted is likely born of his effort to expose what he has been unable to expose or even accuse openly, so I do think the two could be related. I do hope we hear more on that soon.

None, try to get some sleep.  I wish that we could be there with you now to help you so you can get some sleep, so you can rest your weary tired bones, to have some time with Mr. None to talk, just to have a moment, to talk.  I know you stay far too busy to take that time for you and him but I think you both need it.  I am sending an SOS prayer to Heaven for you to have rest and peace of mind, so badly needed.  The body cannot heal when it is so tired and neither can our minds.  We cannot be objective when we are so tired.

Shocking as that may be (pun intended) it is still less than taking the lives of their victims which they have done.

Tougher laws and tougher sentencing or life as some states are enacting now for rape of a child under age ten, I think it is.  They are incurable but I have to wonder what the root cause of it all is.  Some sort of arrested sexual development or something??  At least with pedophiles.  Now these others who prey on older victims I think are just evil and take what they want.  They see something that looks shiny to them and just like a crow, they Will take it any way they can get it and that is just evil and greedy.

But we need to find out what is causing this increase and prevent it if possible.  If not, no second chance.
