Janet - when you click on LISTEN LIVE and the screen comes up where it looks like it's asking you to download something, have you tried clicking on OPEN?  You shouldn't have to but that might work.  What should happen when you click on LISTEN LIVE is it should take you right to whatever program you have on your PC for listening to music.

I usually turn the feed on 15 minutes before the show starts so everyone can get their player working.

Try again now and see if it works.  I use RealPlayer and never have a problem.

I always get there by going through itunes, not the FP. Usually takes me straight there. Hmmmm........
