There have been some real whack-o's attracted to this case and they have come up with some crazy, crazy stuff.  I don't understand this guy completely, but he didn't seem over the top crazy to me.

 I wanted to generate discussion by having Hodges on, i think that was established. The H&C interview was a joke, here I gave him a opportunity to speak, he admits himself this probably would never get to a court room.
Speculation maybe, there are facts there too.
I hope I never offended anyone by having him on.

Certainly not offended here.  It was a great opportunity to hear what he actually had to say instead of that laughable appearance on H&C.  I think he has a few good points and an interesting way of reaching his conclusions.  We are pleased to have the chance to hear these guests uninterrupted by meaningless babble which they get subjected to on MSM.. We are fans of Dana!

In an early interview I remember with  Clint Vanzandt , after he had interviewed Deepak (in the Cyberzone?) I remember  being fairly shocked when his statements seemed to indicate  that he felt Deepak was not directly involved(?) and that he felt he was just a "scared kid". This was early though, maybe he changed his idea about that?

That was a great show.  I am still working on the thought prints.  I can see how they could be used.  The human mind is very astute and I think within each of us is a desire to be good.  I think there is a genetic imprint that each of us carries that results in our conscience.  Some of us are more keenly aware of it than others.  Still I find his entire theory interesting.  I am glad you had him on...I would say have him on again and ask him about some of Paulus statements.

New Analysis Suggests Gang Rape And Drugging Involved In Holloway Disappearance

Dr. Andrew Hodges, a forensic psychiatrist, has begun to analyze some of what documented facts and statements are available in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway - that analysis suggests that both Deepak Kalpoe and Joran Van der Sloot may have been involved in a planned scheme which included the drugging and gang raping of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. He is currently preparing a full report for the family of Natalee Holloway.

Thoughtprint decoding is reading between the lines for unconscious messages, called "thoughtprints,".

A recent breakthrough to the unconscious mind reveals it is strikingly honest and far brighter than the conscious mind and that criminals are strongly inclined toward unconscious confession.

To decode thoughtprints one must be attuned to a suspect's unconsciously patterned ideas and not his literal conscious statements. The conscious mind speaks literally ("left brain") about certain issues, the unconscious mind speaks symbolically ("right brain") about deeper issues facts via thoughtprints.

Thoughtprints: Joran indirectly warned the girls from Mountain Brook High School including Natalee Holloway around 9 pm at the Holiday Inn Casino-- "Don't go to Carlos and Charlies, it's no fun on Sunday night." This suggests an unconscious protective warning, knowing that he was up to something (a group rape as he suggests).

Natalee Drugged: Joran spontaneously reported that Natalee was on drugs at C and C suggesting she indeed was drugged there. Deepak's thoughtprints also suggest Natalee had been drugged - reporting that he had lied to police because missing girls "usually show up at a crack house (sic)."

Both suspects independently introduced drugs's suggesting they drugged her in addition to the alcohol she had consumed. There are rumors of bartenders cooperating in such a scenario.

Natalee Resisted a Group Rape: Joran and Deepak both referenced the idea of sex being refused ("Joran said he refused Natalee sex in the back seat at one point, Deepak prohibited Joran and Natalee from sexual contact telling them to go get a hotel room) and of Natalee refusing to be touched while on the ground when she fell.

All of this strongly suggests sexual activity and touch being refused and that she put up a fight while held down and that there was both verbal and physical resistance.

A particularly striking story of Natalee falling-- physically out of control on the ground and intoxicated linked with the moment of separation (death)-- suggests loss of control through drugs, rape and finally through death.

Additional analysis, some anticipated to be discussed this week on Court TV with more going directly to the family, is pending. In speaking with Dr. Hodges, it was at least suggested at this point that, based upon other reports, along with the drugging, such a crime may have included luring Natalee Holloway away from the front of Carlos and Charlie's on foot.

Dr. Hodges "Thought Print" work was involved to some extent in profiling the BTK serial killer. His credentials include being certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and received the Outstanding Clinician’s Award in 1995 from the International Society of Communicative Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy. He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

I do think HE believes HIS theory at least.

Not sure if I do but I think there is a little something to it and he has tried to refine what we all do all the time.

Ok if we are speculating on land. How about this? In the very early days there were 2 things that happened. No links, sorry. Maybe Klaas has them.
One was a ? cartoon about Natalee at the Holiday Inn showing a ? burial place.
Two was a witness saying he saw a Body being transported from the Holiday Inn. Wrapped in something but he saw blonde hair. The naysayers said it was a dead plant or tree.

What if it was a dead tree? What if where the tree was removed was where Natalee was buried?  Add another tree to replace the one removed.
Now remember this is speculation.

One other thing I want to bring up while I am here. I notice when we travel there are always advertisements along the roads for Lions Dens. They are adult porn places. I believe.Nothing whatsoever to do with the Lions Club.

Of course someone with some actual credentials posts something that MORE THAN LIKELY happened and the Joran, Kalpoe supporters/Beth and Natalee bashers claim he's a quack.

Mary - my father is a retired homicide detective and he said the same exact thing you posted above. Isn't it amazing how the majority of people who actually have some experience in what is going on in Aruba basically same the same thing, explain the same exact scenario as to probably what most likely happened? Mark Furhman said the same exact thing about a week or so ago. Then you have these people who claim there is some sordid underworld in Aruba that involves politicians, police personnel, etc, that Natalee was kidnapped by these people for political reasons and sold into slavery and somehow Joran and the Kalpoe brothers are not involved? Come on....People need to wake up and smell the coffee grinds.

This guy hit it right on. I've been on here saying this is exactly what happened from the get go. It's nothing more sinister that a rape or a sexually advance that was unwarranted by Natalee that eventually resulted in her death.

Joran and Kalpoe apologists DO NOT want to believe this is what happened because deep down in their hearts THEY KNOW this what more than likely happened.

If I put odds on the different possible scenarios that happened this would be the "chalk", the favorite, at odds of 2-1 or less.
