Im glad your with me on this.  Given what we know about Simian and the accuracy we should re examine every last word.  I have been doing just that and then cross referencing the posts with the timeline of events and the witness list.  I have an update with the new entries, if you want it email me.  If someone would like to assist me with this, please email me.

Not sure about the lighthouse witness...

There are a few perculiar names on that new list, Rafael Solognier's being one of them.  The record indicates his car was searched, which raises all sorts of questions for me, none of which have been addressed.  

There are alot of entries on that list that need to be addressed in my opinion.

I do have all of the Simian and Shango posts.  I have always thought Simian had an 'in' somewhere, but until I read some the posts you guys were posting recently I always thought of Simian as a media contact.  I did not occur to me that Simian could have been truly on the inside of the investigation.

Actually, Simian's first post was on June 17th ( right around the time the guy got his Columbian nectie) and were mostly posts trying to dispell the "sold into slavery" theory.  That would make sense if they were already pretty sure Joran and Co were the guilty parties.

That entry is not quite clear, my apologies.  My point is that the majority of the significant and perhaps original Simian occur right after PVDS was interrogated by Clyde Burke until his next interrogation on June 29.  

I have not seen the IP information associated with the posts, however Klaas did confirm there were multiple associated with Simian, and were likely different persons.  Even without seeing the IP information I suspect the only legitimate Simian posts occurred between 6-24 and 6-29.  I will check that again however and post any revisions to that.

Oh that's right.  I was trying to determine what that entry meant exactly.  I made it last week.   The 'posts of value' were made between the aforementioned timeframe if I am not mistaken.

Joran confesses (if you can call saying Deepak did it a confession), Deepak says all that on the Skeeters tape, their statements contradict each other, Deepak caught on tape saying Joran is gonna get fifteen years, pouring concrete that is left intact, Paulus sweating and taking phone calls during international TV interview. . . .

No matter what the evidence if it is circumstantial, they do nothing or a judge rules it doesn't count.

If forensics are all that count in Aruban court, those who failed to take them should be charged with criminal dereliction of duty or some sort.

But I am not sure at this point in time that even if a video of the actual crime were to surface that any action would be taken.

Guess that's why we are all still here, the mound of evidence is very high and yet nothing because it is not an actual body or DNA or whatever it is they want.

But that's the problem, no matter what the evidence might be, there is going to be nothing done and no prosecution I am afraid.
