Celina Cass, 11yrs old, missing since 7/25/2011 from New Hampshire(BODY FOUND)

I can float on my back but from what I've seen, a dead body always seems to sink.  It might be that she was weighted down due to the fact that it wasn't a very deep river in that area, the fact that reporters were sent away when the body was being recovered, the body coming out of the water looked very bulky to me for a tiny 11 year old girl and they waited for a special helicopter.

I think Kevin knew about whatever happened to Celina. I'm trying to figure out if he's Celina's 1/2 brother or just his mom's exboyfriend's son. For some reason I think he's Celina's 1/2 brother. On that Missing Celina fb site I was talking about, it was said that a relative of Wendell's (son or nephew) was there that night. Apparently he's a little older than Kevin. I think it's this guy's red truck that le took. I believe he's in his early 20's. I think his last name is Noyes & for some reason the name Tyler is in my memory. There's a Nathan, too, but from what I remember reading the Noyes guy I'm referring to is in his 20's. I'm thinking Kevin knows something but was maybe afraid to say something.

Who is the Noyes kid/guy ghat lives right across the river in Canaan, VT? He's supposed to be in his early 20's. This is the guy that I'm skeptical of bc the red truck "I think" is owned by him. I'll have to look through people's friend lists now..

They do 4 Donks but I think that's after quite a few days when the gases start to take over.  Unless they are weighted down.  Take the case of Laci and Conner Peterson.  They were in the bay a really long time until they washed up on shore.  But she was weighted down with a concrete cinder block.

Police are really investigating this. They are at the Casses again this morning, and they hauled out a T150 truck that was in the property, one that is supposed to have a tarp on top and a green trash bag that could be seen inside.

I think that the "pending" report on the autopsy is just that, pending on more investigation and other tests before giving a final cause of death.

It could also be that the police wants time to go back and make sure all available evidence is gathered and whatever the autopsy findings were that they can be corroborated in court.

Yesterday people were saying that Celina's body was wrapped, and I assumed it was wrapped before it was submerged.

But, reading the chat from WMUR Live Wire, I can see that police wrapped the body before bringing it up. As of:

We were at the Connecticut River when Celina's body was recovered, but couldn't see much because authorities wrapped her body before removing it from the water.

BIOGRAPHY

ANN MARIE (GAGNON) OSGOOD, 52, of Main Street North Stratford, died peacefully at her home after a courageous two year battle with cancer.
Born in Lancaster, NH on December 29, 1956 a daughter of Florent and Evelyn (Donovan) Gagnon, she was raised in Groveton and has been a resident of North Stratford since the mid 1970’s.
Ann was a graduate of Groveton High School, class of 1974. She enjoyed knitting; puzzles; books; comedy; and the theatre. She loved going to concerts; fairs and festivals and spending time with her family and friends.
Ann was employed as a sales associate for Perras Ace Hardware from 1990-2004 then for Perras Lumber as a dispatcher from 2004 until becoming ill and unable to work.
Ann is survived by her mother Evelyn Gagnon of Groveton; her husband of 33 years Glenville “Glen” Osgood of North Stratford; her two daughters Wendy Noyes and husband Gordon of Canaan, VT and Crystal Osgood of Berlin; four grandchildren Keishara; Tyler; and Kristen all of Canaan and Autumn of Berlin; brothers and sisters Alan “Moose” Gagnon; Carol Achilles and Gail Singer all of Groveton; and Paul Gagnon of Colebrook; one brother-in-law Fredrick Osgood and wife Juanita of Columbia several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; her best friend Kathy Ramsey of Stratford.
She was predeceased by her father Florent “Bib” Gagnon on September 12, 1999.
At Ann’s request there will be no services at this time. A graveside service will be held in the Northumberland Cemetery in the springtime.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home; 100 State Street; Groveton, NH 03582 to help offset the funeral expenses.
