Since it was his order JP can't change it. ROFL!! Take that DT apologist !!!

This will be a good omen because if she gets in ANY trouble, or is with another convicted felon, or is drinking, etc. she will go back to jail. That may be the one thing which puts her back where she belongs.

Major problem will be what will they do with her while she serves out probation...they will say she is at risk..death threats...and that the county is too small a geographical area to effectively let her blend into society...then more money will be spent...or heaven help us if something were to happen to her...the lawsuits would be endless...

Contrary to what skank and her idiot duhfense team think......she is NOT special!
She should be treated and follow the same rules as every other person on probation. If not, lawsuits from other probationers will start adding up in no time, IMO.

Okay, stupid question (actually have several, but I'll hit you all up slowly lol). Since the taxpayers paid for her duhfence, and "it was an accidental" a "fact" known by said skank et al. pretrial, why can't there be a Class Action for said duhfence costs passed onto the taxpayers of Florida?

10 bucks says that even if Slore is made to do probation, Bobo will try to get it transferred to another county. We do it all the time.

Would a monkey, please, explain what "supervised probation" is?   Yes, it sounds simple, but does someone babysit her or
does a probation officer visit her?  Thank-you.

No, no babysitters. All it means is that she has to check in with her probation officer, sometimes by phone, sometimes in person. The cool thing, however, is that if anyone sees her violating the terms of her probation, they can report it. Then she's in front of a judge again. I hope she gets the kind where she has to do whiz quizzes at least weekly to test for drugs and booze.

OMG, I'm so sorry, but I've kept all this inside for so long, there' tons I'd like all of your expert opinions on I understand JA, cutiepie is retired, but Linda seemed as passionate as Jeff, and I understand the costs. BUT, there's people out there with alot of money that I'm sure would want to see some kind of justice for Caylee ( thinking the billboard person, or full page paper person among others), so why oh why are new charges of Wrongful disposal of a body, or Causing indignity to a body being brought forth? JUSTICE    If it's just a matter of money, that IMO is not a valid reason. If Linda has had her fill, why is another passionate lawyer getting involved eg. remember the Diane Whipple/ Dog Mauling case... I was so impressed with James Hammer, maybe he could get permission to try such a case in Florida.

Capitol, I thought oh crap, who's foot have I stepped on now!  However, Mr. Carnahan said he wanted to call personally to let me know that MO would be introducing Caylee's Law in the next session.   Nice ending to the week!!

I so hope KC gets sentenced to probation!! I hope she has to do community service picking up garbage on the side of the road... since she is so good at dumping, she should be made to pick up garbage as well. And I also hope that she has to do it with other people on probation!!!!!!!! I'm sure someone on that chain gang is willing to      even if they get their probation revoked.

I remember the men in jail having to put up the barriers and blockades when she was let out of jail!  I sure hope that she has to serve her probation doing things for the common folks!  It would serve her right she thought she was so above them all !

Oh! Not to mention if on probation, for cheque fraud/theft, I'd imagine that'll limit her employment oportunities. Sorry, I just want this biatch to live the most miserable life possible, that's all I have left since the ignorant 12 did what she did. In my perfect world, after this so called verdict, something will come to light about this jury,and some smart lawyer will get her back in prison, be it under another charge, I don't care how she ends up there, just as long as she does. Furthermore, those bunch of morons are charged with not doing their just duty in some way and pay the price accordingly. Heck, I'd like to see them all in the same prison block, on the same floor, all lined up in a row, each yelling at Skank, see what you did to us!!!!!!! Tevye, wouldn't she have to pay a fine to see the probation officer? I know that is how it works down here, you pay your court fine and then you pay each time you see a probation officer. Do felons see separate probation officers than misdemenor offendors? In Texas you can't leave any adjacent counties or go out of the country without your probation officer giving you paperwork from a judge, not sure if that is how it is in Florida. Just some questions I have regarding Mizz Anthony and her travels.
