I swear I am ready to    punch the wall with all this KC getting her way. I am so glad I don't live in Florida. I would be so pizzed that my tax money is going to a skanky HO that got away with murder, stealing and probably more that hasn't been uncovered because George and Cindy hid it.

PS... I need a monkey punching George and Cindy. It would be very theraputic right now.

Yes.....I myself watched/heard Judge Strickland say 1 yr probation after her release from jail. I think all the local media live streamed every hearing & have copies of them.

remember when we were so relieved when Perry took over from Strickland because we thought that Perry would be the tougher judge? boy were we wrong! soooooo disappointed in Judge Perry...thank goodness Judge Strickland stepped up to the plate!

I was never relieved.  It did not matter to me who tried her case, I didn't know better.  But, I was suprosed he would recuse himself so easily.  He did nothing wrong , IMO.

I'm so confused.......how many charges were there here that she was sentenced to 412 days for? It looks like more than one, then we have the charges for lying to LE, what did she get for those? Looks to me she should still be in jail but I don't understand what I'm reading. But heck, she won't make it long, 1st thing on list says she must give "truthful" statements to probation officer, haha! She can drink but not get drunk so won't last long there either lol.

the slore got 413 days for 6 out of 13 check fraud charges + 1 year probation , then 4 yrs minus good behavior for lying to LE. Somehow that equals 3 years including the ~2months out on bail.

What happened to the remaining 7 check fraud charges?

Yes he is. If I were her attorneys, I would be thankful for her to serve 1 year probation after walking off a murder charge.  Not them though.

The judge withheld judgment on them as "being fair"...but at that time they all thought (as did we) that she was going away for a long long time and these check charges were but a blip on the radar...now...he probby wishes he had nailed her on all 13 counts...
