I think the citizens of Florida have a right to know!!! As after she went through this money they had to pay her trial costs!!!

I'm with you Grandma!  Plus the motion states under Background, #7 that the State continues to pay for her Defense.  Taxpayers in Florida should be furious if this is the case.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's civil attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by a search group that looked for her daughter for several months.

In the motion, defense attorney Charles Greene alleges that the Texas Equusearch's lawsuit, which was filed last month, is a fraud and asks for unjust enrichment.

I would think that once a NG verdict was given then she should no longer be allowed to have Bozo or Foghorn and should instead be assigned a public defender.

Hey Grandma,  C can choose who she wants to defend her now but the State shouldn't be paying for this.  The more I think about it the more I realize this must be a typo.  If not, the Sentinal and media need to alert the taxpayers. 

My hubby and I were watching the Discovery Channel and they had a show on about snakes in Florida.  I told my husband, "1 more reason to stay away from Florida-snakes and Casey Anthony"!  He replied, "Aren't they 1 and the same"?  I told him how right he is and that I'd have to share with the Monkeys!

Kerry Sanders just reported that bumbles and mumbles filed their probation motion, but that Judge Strickland is on vacation and has no intention of returning to hear it.

So, as it stands now, the babykiller is ordered to return to OC and meet with the probation office by tomorrow at 5pm.

This could get interesting.

ITA and if it were any other case, Baez and Mason would have said, ok dear, our job is done, you're on your own now but looks like they aren't letting this money train go just yet but I hope it all blows up in their faces and that upon the event she is worth a dime for an interview that all the lawsuits and Uncle Sam eat it all up.
