Jim Lichtenstein is tweeting that Casey is at the Menninger clinic (psych) in Houston and George/Cindy traveled there today with MLippman, their attorney.
They flew first class of course. Isn't that sweet?
They will try to make her socially acceptable by sticking some bogus Psychiatric label on her.

First class..really? Mental Hospital....really? Give me a break...I hate the A's...

Knowing her she checked in to avoid having to come back to OC to do her probation..
How does she get private care when she is indigent?

What?? This BS makes me so mad, one of the girls I work with had to pay 100.00 copay to have her 12yr old daughter have a MRI, she also has 3 other children and 100.00 is a few days worth of grocery's, yes we are very lucky we have jobs, and yes we are lucky we have health insurance...but how does Casey get away with going to a luxury mental hospital that is more like a hotel then a hospital without any money....who the he$$ is paying for this? Why does this bother me so much?? I know one day Karma will come.....right guys???????

These prices are not that far out of line. I know when my step monster er son was in a psychiatric facility for a couple of years we had to pay over 5000 a day at a discounted rate - finally got it paid off - and he came out with the diagnosis of psychopath.

Here is what I am now wondering Cookie..Did Judge Stan recuse himself because he was being pushed in that direction by Judge Perry?  

JP was the Chief Judge ..he heard the Grand Jury testimony.  He and Mason have a mutaul friend in the legal community.

Does Stan now feel like he was had..pushed into that circumstance of recusing himself by Jp inorder to do the right theing..and then JP did not do the right thing with the jury selection, the trial, even the verdict..because in all the circumstances the judge owns the courtroom..it is his areana..and JP should have and could have stopped that verdict in it's tracks and didn't.

If I was Stan and knew that a person was guilty..and he knew JP knew she was guilty prior to trial due to the GD testimony..then I would be really pizzed if I had to recuse myself on his say so in agreement with the defense..and then he let the defendant off the entire case..even my probation.  Something is up here folks..something is up.

If you remember my brother said early on in the trial that something was amiss here but he couldn't put his finger on it. He dismissed it because he saw only bits and pieces of the trial and could not watch much of it. He said there was something very strange about how the defense was being "led" in this trial by the judge with no regard for the victim. He said in one of the early hearings it was almost as if the defense knew the verdict before the trial started. Now I am wondering what the hell was going on.  

I know now why my FOIA request for the accounting by bozo of the $250,000 was never sent. The press has even had to file a lawsuit to get it.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's civil attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by a search group that looked for her daughter for several months.

In the motion, defense attorney Charles Greene alleges that the Texas Equusearch's lawsuit, which was filed last month, is a fraud and asks for unjust enrichment.

Whoahhhhhhhhhh  this is really going to be a showdown..........I was listening to the talking head attorneys today on FOX and they said this was bozo's screw up as he should have filed AT THE TIME for her to serve this probation concurrently while she was in jail but since he didn't she was out of luck. They said it was a screw up by the defense team.
