I personally hope that KC does not show up on Thursday, that there is a warrant for her arrest and that her attorneys who are hiding her are charged with harboring a criminal or obstruction of justice and that they are all thrown into the same jail cell..sweet!

Mason is the one filing this motion.....but he was not one of her attorneys for the check fraud case..old fool........as far as Exhibit F...I hope the person who sent it is not partially responsible for helping her not have to serve probation in Orange County

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony defense attorney Cheney Mason filed an emergency motion late Tuesday, asking to quash an order by Judge Stan Strickland that requires Anthony to report for probation.

Strickland signed an order Monday that could require Anthony to serve a year of probation for fraudulent check writing.
After filing the motion Tuesday, Mason said Anthony does not plan on turning herself in for probation.
A Department of Corrections spokeswoman said Monday that Anthony must report in person in Orange County within the next 72 hours.

Just watched the interview with Stan Strickland from that page: http://www.wesh.com/casey-anthony-extended-coverage/28523567/video.html

It's 20 minutes long, it was done on July 12, and Strickland never mentioned the probation issue when talking about her upcoming release.

Wish he had addressed it then.

Thank you for posting---I never would have seen it otherwise.  I just really like Judge Strickland so much and it was a very enjoyable session.

I personally do not think it would have been appropriate for him to have addressed the probation issue in a media interview.  I also think he is a man who tends to weigh things thoroughly before deciding matters.

On a purely practicle level---it's not good to tip your hand in a poker game. lol

There they go again, mis-using that word "disqualified."  Judge Strickland voluntarily recused himself to avoid the appearance of wrong-doing.  He was not disqualified.   The Defense does not play right.

No, they don't and that has been my beef with them this whole trial.  They insinuate wrongdoing with everybody but their saint of a client.  Every witness was accused of something, and JBP allowed him to continue to do that.  

I have come to believe JP threw that trial by letting the DT slander and maliciously lie about everyone. A man who will lie to the FBI over his own affair is not to be trusted when power or money is concerned.

"I did not have sex with that woman!" As I recall, Bill Clinton got disbarred for lying about that very thing, yet here we have Perry who not only retained his law license but sits as chief justice and was recently reelected by his fellow judges.  Good ol' boys, I guess. Your brother was absolutely correct in that Perry led the defense and IMO also led the jury toward the decision he wanted, by favoring the defense in their presence. Also all of that winking and nodding to the jury about "Special breaks" and the dessert lady didn't hurt in winning them over. Somehow, IMO, the fix was in.  I haven't yet figured it out. But I will.  It could be as simple as Perry wanting to keep his pristine record, or it could be something more sinister.

I don't know, maybe his knowledge of the law is vast and unequalled in the history of the world, but I did see him referring to his laptop frequently and it appeared that he was looking up the finer points of the law. Heck, I could do that.

the kid in Judge Perry's court who did that was shamed in front of everyone, put in jail and got a fine..Mason should too..he is a disgrace to his profession..his wife must be so proud.

well, we all know what is gonna happen now..Judge Perry will let Casey get away with not coming back to serve her probation...I am wondering if Casey isn't hiding out in Judge Perry's robe...   She is no different than any other citizen of Orange county! do they think that they are going to protect her forever???
