hey everyone! i haven't posted in a while but I just wanted to write my thoughts on judge perry...

i know this might not be a popular opinion, but i honestly think that judge perry bent over backwards for the defense because he honestly believed that there was no way casey was going to be aquitted so he wanted to perserve every single appelate issue he could so that the guilty verdict wouldn't be overturned. i know this is not right, but i truly think this is why he was lenient with them.

The FBA needs to take action when an attorney in front of the court house on TV calls a sitting judges order "stupid".

I hope they are taking note of his embarrassing antics.  He's out of control.

hey everyone! i haven't posted in a while but I just wanted to write my thoughts on judge perry...

i know this might not be a popular opinion, but i honestly think that judge perry bent over backwards for the defense because he honestly believed that there was no way casey was going to be aquitted so he wanted to perserve every single appelate issue he could so that the guilty verdict wouldn't be overturned. i know this is not right, but i truly think this is why he was lenient with them. 

I suspect that you could be right...
however, he could have used a bit more control over the defense..to me he looked like he favored the defense and with the nitwits who were the jurors, it backfired on judge Perry and all of us...the jury leaned towards the defense cause it seemed that the judge did..jmo...

I am just speechless at the antics of Mason and his uncontrollable use of his middle finger in public once again.  First in a restaurant, now on the street while walking with his young femal protege...nice work Mason.  You truly are a piece of work just like your client Ms A.

I don't know what the outcome of this probation issue wil be..but I do know it sure is fun to watch the defense get their dander up and make fools of themselves.  Mores the pity it never comes to any action against them..but it sure is interesting to watch how easy it is to push their buttons.

I am so tired of her DT thinking she is so special. Probation can be extended for any reason or no reason. Judge S clearly wanted her to be on probation after her release. I know she is "special" and all but this needs to stop. Even parents of most kids know that rewarding bad behavior gets you more bad behavior.

You could be right, Sunshine, but whatever his motive, the result is the same.  Justice was not served. A baby murderer walks free.  And Caylee is again thrown away like a piece of garbage.
