She was spotted wearing an Ohio State University hat and sunglasses.

TMZ says she has been bouncing around the country since her release. The website didn't say how it obtained the pictures or if it paid for them.

Casey has family in Ohio and reportedly took a flight there on a jet owned by her uncle's car dealership the night of her release.



I guess she better bounce on back to Orlando.

An emergency hearing may be held today to determine if Casey Anthony should be made to serve probation following a recent amended order by Judge Stan Strickland.

Attorneys for Casey Anthony filed an emergency motion for a hearing late Tuesday "to quash, vacate and set aside" Judge Strickland's recent amended order regarding Anthony's probation.

In the motion, defense attorney Cheney Mason says Strickland's amended order was "made with a reckless disregard for Ms. Anthony's due process and civil rights."

If Strickland's order is not set aside, Mason asks for "administrative probation" because anything requiring Anthony to return to Orange County will "put her in great peril, as well as impose a significant cost to taxpayers in securing her safety."

I think the pictures are definatley of KC.

Notable there are no people around her. 

Notable there are no attempts to avoid the camera - especially the pictures taken of her directly in front of her.

Obviously she is not "in" theraphy in any institution (unless she went there immediately upon the defense hearing of her being wanted back in Florida for probation).

Something is a little "off" about this....maybe the pictures were planned for selling by Baez.

To me it's her.  Look at what you can see of the ears.  shape of the face, the nose, lips, chin (TMZ watermark in the way) even the position of the eyebrows.  The eyes aren't opened as wide and of course she is wearing the glasses.

KC must be in Ohio cause if you go to their site and scroll down it has an article that says The Shawshank Redemption tree was split into two by strong winds that ripped through North Central Ohio last week.  I guess this was in Mansfield and they want to save it as it is a big tourist draw.

Casey Anthony was hanging out in Ohio this past weekend -- and now new photos have surfaced showing the 25-year-old hiding in plain sight during a mid-day shopping trip.

Casey was photographed on Sunday -- trying to blend in by wearing an Ohio State University baseball cap, a tight-fitting top and glasses as she walked around town.  We're told Anthony checked out some dresses at a local Old Navy store.

Anthony has several relatives who live in Ohio --

Just my 2 cents but some of those pictures are NOT KC.  I don't believe the ones with the red hat on are of her.  The lips and teeth are not of her and the boobs are way too big unless she had some surgery lately.  Now some of the other pictures do look like her but the locations do not appear to be the same place.  JMO.

Casey Anthony created her life, now she should have to deal with all that comes from her actions. Pfffttt on her safety issues.....where was Caylee's safety?....in Casey's hands, nothing more needs to be said.  Just because 12 idiots set her free, does not mean the vast majority of the public has to like it. WE have constitutional and civil rights too, and we follow the rules without lying to get out/over of them.  I pray her probation stands and it must be served in Orange County.
