On NG last night Ellie Jostad (sp) said they talked with some of the Anthony relatives in Ohio that she is speculated to be staying w/because they own businesses in Ohio and her uncle said he had not talked to her since Thanksgiving 2007 and Casey would not be welcome in his house.

Do you have any idea what Mark NeJames position is regarding the probation, recusal, JP, and the hearing tomorrow?

The hearing on the probation issue is very necessary. This is not a simple issue. Judge Strickland's oral pronouncement made contemporaneous with the Clerk's written Order clearly states probation is to occur after. However, if Casey Anthony actually do probation while in jail, then she gets another break. Can't do it twice. Hearing needs to bring out all facts and determine what happened.

look at 47 sec mark...you can see a person reach up, place hand on what looks like a railing and stand up. must have been on the floor.........a vehicle passes quickly and suddenly KC is at the other rack....this person must be one of her baby sitters....to me, just more proof that this video/pictures were a set up

look at 47 sec mark...you can see a person reach up, place hand on what looks like a railing and stand up. must have been on the floor.........a vehicle passes quickly and suddenly KC is at the other rack....this person must be one of her baby sitters....to me, just more proof that this video/pictures were a set up

wish I could, but I can't...look at the far right side, bottom as you are looking at the video....you will see a hand and then the red shirt and then the person stands up.....start just before 47 sec mark....

Good Morning, He just got back from a family vacation on Maui and is still catching up...here's what he said about the hearing

The other thing we all need to try and process is ,the picture set up has one goal, keep the forums and all the same people who watched every minute of the trial in support of Caylee...hooked on the felon.
It's vital for their future to amp up continued interest. We have done a good job of staying focused on making sure that networks and advertisers know that we don't intend on supporting them if they support the felon, her family and lawyers but they're clever. They are pulling the same con game of DT played a lot. They claim it's not their doing, they claim they don't court the media or leak info, but time and again....they do. 
Whoever and wherever these pictures are it is their game and we're getting sucked into it by design.

Is anyone feeling like we keep hitting a brick wall?  We r not going to change anything...someone is going to end up paying Casey huge money for interview,pictures or something..she will not be on probation...she will live among us somewhere..she will  probably have another kid..it all makes me sick ...but really what can we do to stop it? It seems like she gets away with everything

We are upset now -- she will get her due. Many of us old timers have been here since Natalee Holloway -- we are still waiting, but Joran is CLOSE to getting his due as well. It is so painful, but it will all work out the end. THAT -- I am confident.

 
I agree - I have been impatiently waiting for Justice for Natalee - Joran is going to get his due one day. As much as I'd like to see KC's name in the news because she finally got what's coming to her, I can wait.  What we want for her is nothing compared to what she's REALLY going to get.

When JP gave kc the stay so she doesn't have to appear it means that she won't get probation IMO. If there was a possibility of him ruling with JS she would be in court.
