That is beautiful!!!   Am glad to know that about that area as Spanish Moss is so romantic!   I was thunderstruck by the vast amounts of it draping the beautiful trees as we were driving through Tallahassee on our way to Hilton Head a few years back and just took for granted that that must be where the moss in Florida really began!       Mother Nature seems to pick & choose where she wishes to decorate!!   Gracious & elegant Savannah & Charleston are also 'must sees' ~

On Monday, Judge Stan Strickland ordered that Anthony report to the probation office in Orlando after clarifying his order.

If Perry decides to honor the probation order, Anthony would have to return to Orlando.

Since Anthony was released from the Orange County Jail, her whereabouts have been unknown. In July, a jury decided Anthony was not guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

I don't know how she could do her probation in the last year.
Did she get a job? Did she pay the 20.00 to probation officer? Where was she living?
When did she report to probation officer? How did she get out of jail to report?
This is all BS. There is a tape of Judge Stricklands orders that was played the other day
and his orders were very clear. I'm sick of hearing about her rights, how about Caylee's
rights. Does anyone got the list of visitors that show probation officer coming in?
Does anyone know if court is shown on line this morning????

I would carp my pants if he makes her serve probation.  Unless he is trying to shine up his blurry image a bit, which I doubt he cares about, he will just let her walk. 

LOL... you and me both. I am not even going to watch, listen, whatever . If it were a different judge , I might, with JP, no point. Also it almost seems very hinky to me that Judge Strickland recused himself again...just saying...

Anthony's defense team has filed motions to quash Strickland's order, calling it fraudulent and saying Anthony served her probation while in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial on charges that she murdered her daughter, Caylee.

Anthony's lawyers also cited safety concerns if Anthony were to return to Orange County.

At Friday's 9 a.m. hearing, which Anthony will not attend, Perry could continue the stay, order Anthony to return to serve her probation, or dismiss Strickland's order.

I doubt she will get probation as JP and Mason are part of the Good Ole Boys Club and are also friends with someone with deep pockets.  If Perry wants to redeem himself with the public he will give her probation but we all know that he will not.

It wasn't known to the public she was doing that in jail before she got out.
Right?
I sure didn't know.  I bet J Strickland didn't either.  JMO

Can't watch the hearing as I have to take Charlie for his eye check-up.  My bet is that Perry will continue the stay.  That way, he doesn't have to decide anything or offend his buddy Mason. Justice in Orange County.  Doncha just love it? Since we know he has a proclivity for women other than his wife, he might have plans for Casey's future.  She might want to thank him in some small way.

IMO Lady Justice will be mighty offended, though.

I understand re Amy moving on, BUT I was expecting the State to push it, not only because it would be right and just, but to also support the prosecution team.

You know why you're watching trimm, it's the human condition, and in you, like myself  there's a little flicker of hope, deep in our hearts, that somehow, we'll see some justice for little Caylee, even in the tiniest way at this point.
