Pisses me off.  JBP and Strickland are both judges.  Don't judges back each other like cops do?  You would think he would tell this bitch (sorry) Fryer that Judge Strickland was not disqualified and be pissed off that she would even say such a thing.

Even if the 2 do not agree on whether she should serve probation now, he deserves respect in a court room and JBP should let that be known.

I also don't like it when Fryer refers to defendant as "Casey".  I believe she should respect the court and refer to her as the convicted thief and non convicted murdering slut.

Satan's minions are in full force today. It really does not matter what she says or the state says Perry is going to let her off anyway. Why could she not be in the courtroom?

Interesting isn't it that it was Strickland that made the order previously that she had to be in court for every hearing, every motion..and now that this has come up good ole JP made it clear a couple of days ago that she didn't have to appear for her own probabtion hearing.  I have never heard of anyone not having to appear for their own probation hearing.

I think that it was the supervisor on the phone that he said that to..but I agree, this one is talking much faster than the supervisor or George..
