Those sources indicate Judge Perry has issued a stay, essentially delaying the order by Judge Stan Strickland that Casey report to serve her probation.

News 13 has also learned Judge Belvin Perry will hold a hearing on Friday to hear the defense's emergency motion to vacate Judge Strickland's probation order.

Perry just can't keep his fingers out of the Casey Case pie.  Why?

Because he and Mason go way back through a mutual friend and one hand washes the other that's why.  The perfect record will remain perfect.  I wonder how Strickland feels about all of this?  Stan had every right to step forward when his probation attachment to Casey's check fraud was not upheld by Perry.  This wasn't something Perry just overlooked..this was something that Perry purposely left out at the sentencing.  And he is not going to make her stand probation now..anymore then he was going to have her stand probation before.

If if I was Stan I would not only be furious..but now I would know for sure I had been had by my chief justice.

WKMG live now, Tony Pipitone heard from 2 defense sources that Perry has agreed to sign the Stay. Meanwhile the court spokeswoman saying that Casey had to report here tomorrow by 10.  Pipitone said the clerk has not gotten the Stay entered into the system yet.

Casey has family in Ohio and reportedly took a flight there on a jet owned by her uncle's car dealership the night of her release.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A judge is expected to stay an order that would have required Casey Anthony to return to Orange County to serve probation, WFTV learned Wednesday.

Courthouse sources told WFTV that Judge Belvin Perry intends to sign the order sometime Wednesday afternoon. They said a hearing on the matter is expected to be held 9 a.m. Friday. Sources said Casey does not have to report to the Orlando probation office on Thursday, as another judge's order had stated.
