Hi Monks--I don't think I missed much.  Maybe Perry wants time to play a little "Chess" with Casey.  Chess.  Yeah, that's what he calls it, isn't it? 

If Casey takes up Larry Flynt on his offer to pose nude, I don't suppose there will be any pictures of her back.  Now that's enough to turn your stomach.  Looks like it's rotting away.  Yuk.

Remember "The Picture of Dorian Grey?"  He had a painting of himself which changed to gradually become a monster with each nefarious deed he did.  Maybe with Casey, the ugly stuff appears on her back instead of a portrait.

I was once on a forum with a man named Bob.  He would say, "Where are we going and why are we in this handbasket?"  I think that's appropriate for this occasion. Thanks Bob C.

There is no doubt in my mind that Perry will not hold Casey to the terms of her probation and I think it is not a professional or ethical way to handle Judge Stricklands sentence. Personally, I hope that Perry loses the next general election.  In FL, judges are elected by the general public, and then one in each district is elected Chief Judge for that district by his peers.  Perry is up for reelection next year.

In FL, Judges run without party affiliation, but they must need money to run a campaign. So I would say that residents of his district in FL, if they want to unseat him for his past behaviour as well as his handling of the Anthony trial, now is the time to begin. Personally, I don't think he should be elected dogcatcher.  No offense to dogs.

Casey location- My Son, Damien Yescas, is sure that He saw Casey & Jose on I-5 on Wednesday Evening. He was traveling South from L.A. to San Diego,CA. Near San Clemente, Damien noticed a black mercedes with Florida plates. The driver was Jose. Casey was fighting with him-raising her hands--looked to be yelling and acting eractic. This is the first thing that caught Damien's attention. He followed the car for at least 15 minutes. They were driving between 80 and 100 miles per hour. It was an expensive car but did have some dents in the door,etc. They got off on the Tamarack Avenue Exit in Carlsbad,CA. My Son did get the plate numbers as well.

This is on SCA page! You won't believe this but I live in Western Pa. and we go shopping in Ohio very often. I was just at Eastwood Mall in Niles Ohio, which is just outside of Warren Ohio, and my daughter and I saw Casey Anthony walk out the door and across the parking lot nearest 2 the exit for Route 46. My jaw hit the ground and my lil gal kept asking me what I was looking at? I didn't know what 2 say! I can barely believe it myself!! I

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A local women said she has had a tough time in public since the Casey Anthony trial ended.

"People have told me, 'Change your hair color; stay home while this is fresh in people's minds. Don't wear sunglasses and a baseball cap,'" Concetta Graves said.

"Some guy flung the door open real fast, and he was like, 'Oh my God! Is that Casey Anthony?'" Graves said.

Graves said while at the post office last week, she was stalked by an aggressive man who was convinced she was Anthony. She also said her brother, D.M. Blade, was walking with her in their neighborhood near the Anthony's home, when three men in a pickup truck drove by shouting, "baby killer."

"One of the guys charged at me and proceeded to push me to the ground," D.M. Graves said.

D.M Graves defended his sister but ended up with two black eyes.

WOFL legal analyst Diana Tennis said Perry’s question is this: Did Anthony’s completing probation end the court’s jurisdiction to go for a do-over?

“If it’s too late, he’s going to say she’s already done it,” Tennis said. “You could tell he’s really struggling to try to find a probation that does not have to bring her back here and put her in danger, put corrections officers in danger, put our police on the street protecting her. I think whatever the result, I don’t see her coming back physically to Florida for a ‘probationary period.’ ”

WESH and WKMG highlighted that the State Attorney’s Office did take part after initially saying it had no position on the issue. ”Prosecutor Frank George did end up advocating Judge Stan Strickland’s ability to clarify what were his wishes all along,” WESH’s Bob Kealing reported.

WKMG’s Tony Pipitone said the State Attorney’s Office decided to enter the legal maze “despite for a week saying they would stay out of it and that they didn’t really have a dog in this hunt.” Pipitone reported that the prosecutors had a meeting Thursday and their appearance today was based on ”a reading of the law.”

“The law hasn’t changed, of course, in a week, but apparently some opinions at the state attorney’s office did,” Pipitone said.

Kealing reported that the defense team wouldn’t take questions after the hearing, but Cheney Mason took a swipe at a microphone in his face.

The would-be law, proposed in Florida and several other states in the wake of Casey Anthony's acquittal of her 2-year-old daughter's murder, would make it a felony to fail to report a child's disappearance.

I REALLY don't like how that is worded...lol.  To me it is saying hey all you stupid people...should Casey really serve probation a second time?  Well, we are not dumb and know that if she truly served probation a first time then no she shouldn't...well cannot...serve it a second time.
