I don't like how that is worded.  So I am guessing that they have probation papers ending her probation (in jail probation...ha) and monthly visits and urine tests.  Also, the monthly fee was paid too...right?  Or yeah right!

I REALLY don't like how that is worded...lol.  To me it is saying hey all you stupid people...should Casey really serve probation a second time?  Well, we are not dumb and know that if she truly served probation a first time then no she shouldn't...well cannot...serve it a second time.

L. Concetta Graves is a local author who uses her Facebook page to help promote her new book. But this past week she's been posting almost daily horror stories of her own life, and all because she looks a little bit like Casey Anthony.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A local women said she has had a tough time in public since the Casey Anthony trial ended.

"People have told me, 'Change your hair color; stay home while this is fresh in people's minds. Don't wear sunglasses and a baseball cap,'" Concetta Graves said.

"Some guy flung the door open real fast, and he was like, 'Oh my God! Is that Casey Anthony?'" Graves said.

Graves said while at the post office last week, she was stalked by an aggressive man who was convinced she was Anthony. She also said her brother, D.M. Blade, was walking with her in their neighborhood near the Anthony's home, when three men in a pickup truck drove by shouting, "baby killer."

"One of the guys charged at me and proceeded to push me to the ground," D.M. Graves said.

D.M Graves defended his sister but ended up with two black eyes.

I am going to guess that the legal community is PO'd at his nasty remarks about other attorneys on the court house steps after the acquittal and his remarks about JS who is a respected judge. He certainly has made a mockery of of decorum.

I think he is furious that she is *not guilty*, and now they are stuck with her.  teehee.  I do love that. 
She is really putting a damper on the plans he had for hitting the media circuit/circus about how she was unfairly found guilty.

This video shows mason taking a swipe at the camera.    He is a pig.IMO

He takes a swipe at the microphone and yells, "Stick that microphone in my face again and somebody is gonna get hurt."

He makes a threat like that...and the whole country knows he carries a gun.

Why would the State of Florida allow such an obviously hot tempered...and I mean hair trigger temper, CARRY A GUN?!?!

This is the kind of manic behavior we read about in the news, every single day. This kind of person "goes off" over sometimes meaningless trivia, they pull out that registered weapon and start firing.

Cheney Mason is a ticking time bomb. He needs to be in therapy for anger management and probably has need to do so for decades.

His license to carry a gun should be revoked immediately and not reinstated until he has proven he has been treated for his massive anger issues.

If today's behavior is an indication of the fragility of his limited self control, over a "PROBATION" issue, I can't imagine how explosive he would have been had the defense lost its case in the Casey Anthony trial.

CINCINNATI -- Restaurateur Jeff Ruby has taken out an ad in a Florida newspaper barring Hustler publisher Larry Flynt from his restaurants.

Ruby made the decision after Flynt reportedly offered Casey Anthony $500,000 to pose nude in the magazine.

This is outrageous.  So there was a "clerical error" regarding her probation and the defense knew about it but kept their mouths shut?  Is that legal?  If that's the case, I think she will get the probation because as others here have pointed out, how can one serve their probation while in jail?  Makes no sense.

 

I'm beginning to wonder if old goat Foghorn doesn't have some "goods" on Perry and is hanging that over his head.

The only research time I can think of that JP needs in order to rule on the "mess" is trying to figure out how he can legally rule in favor of the defense.

Unbelievable.  I know what he said is not a terrorist threat, but it is a threat.  Can't he get into trouble for saying that?  And it's not acceptable attorney behavior.

Forgot to mention something about Mason's outburst at the camera man:  Why was he so angry?  Probably because he knows they're screwed this time and the slore will get the probation.  Otherwise, he'd have been sauntering outta there all happy-go-lucky like.

Does anyone remember that some time ago there was an article about Mason which stated he is a major contributor to a certain political party and hobnobs with a very high ranking government official?  I read it on this forum (This is the only forum on this subject that I read) and I believe it was from a newspaper or magazine.  At any rate, it was printed and not a video.
