Good gosh...all the Noyes creeps like little girls around Celina's age.  Ya know, if I was to ever  have fallen in love with a man who had that many SO's in the family I might have to think twice about him.  EEEEWWWWWWW!  It seems to run in their blood.  I'm sorry to say that I think everyone up there is related and all the family trees have one trunk!  Poor little girl and I do know for a fact that they have state assistance in that area that would have fixed that childs teeth.  I had a friend move to her Mom's in that state when her hubby passed and she needed assistance for her child until the benefit matters were solved.  I guess if a gag order was issued would it show up in recent court records or not?

Louisa is also shy but she had relationships with at least 3 men we know of (Laro, Mullaney & Noyes)and had a job where she dealt with the public on a daily basis.

Look, I'm sure Louisia is nice enough, but I'm just putting this out there, and it won't come across as politically correct.
I think Louisia is probably a little slow on the uptake, probably doesn't have much self-confidence, and falls for any guy who gives her attention.  That said, I hate putting Adam Laro with that group of Mullaney and Noyes 'cause I LIKE Adam Laro, just from the little I've seen and heard.
Louisia is a woman who will always (probably) be a victim of some guy who uses women.

Hope this makes sense.
