This made me so mad when I saw them there trying to horn in on the love the nation has shown Caylee because I know they have ulterior motives, it's called money! Were they there on her 4th and 5th birthdays? And then George says, "Caylee IS 6 today", No she isn't George cause your no good daughter killed her and  you and your wife helped her get away with the murder, Caylee WOULD'VE been 6 but she didn't get to celebrate a birthday after 2 yrs old! Your love for this child should have been unconditional, however it was not, it all hinged on your daughter's happiness and freedom, may you forever have guilt and shame that eats you alive, may you and Cindy loathe yourselves and each other, may you bring that beast of a daughter home with you and you can all tear each other to pieces until there's nothing left of any of you. JMO

Thanks, good to know others feel the same because I was really trying on Tues to think of Caylee with no thoughts of Casey, Cindy or George, I was so happy to see the love of people leaving their sentiments at the "dumping ground" and the Burger King sign was just awesome and everyone I came across, I said, today WOULD HAVE been Caylee's 6th birthday, just trying to find some peace if only for that one day and then I go home and see the Anthony's there on tv, I was infuriated and changed the channel. Then I see here that they want everyone to have closure and move forward when all they want is everyone to forget, lose the hatred so they can all move forward and collect more money, speaking for myself, the anger may subside in time but I will never forget and there will never come a day where I can stomach looking at any of them.

The Department of Children and Families has just released a review of the death of Caylee Marie Anthony.

The report will offer no details on how Caylee died. However, it does give DCF's opinion of whether or not Caylee's mother Casey was neglectful in her daughter's death.

Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, was interviewed by DCF investigators in 2008 while she was out on bond, and a DCF report stated that Anthony claimed her innocence in connection with Caylee's disappearance at least twice.

In a follow-up meeting with Anthony at the Orange County Jail, she maintained that Caylee was either with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez or someone else, the initial DCF report said. Anthony previously told authorities that her babysitter had kidnapped Caylee.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A new report on Caylee Anthony's death says Casey Anthony "failed to protect her child from harm.
The 12-page Department of Children and Families report recaps the circumstances surrounding Caylee's disappearance and death and the multi-year investigation into the case.

While DCF says it closed its investigation on Sept. 14, 2008, a new report was done. That new report was dated Aug. 10, 2011. It's not clear what prompted the generation of a new report. That section of the document is redacted.

The report says Anthony's actions, or lack thereof, were neglectful.

DCF officials this morning confirmed that Caylee Marie's death was the result of Casey Anthony's failure to protect her, an agency report released today shows.

"It is the conclusion of the Department of Children and Families that [Casey Anthony] failed to protect her child from harm either through her actions or lack of actions, which tragically resulted in the child's untimely death," the investigation's report states.

The nearly three-year Investigation verified three allegations classified as "maltreatments," including death, failure to protect and threatened harm.

They did not verify asphyxiation and physical injury because the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner's Office was unable to confirm Caylee's cause of death.

I have lived in Florida for 38 years and this is one messed up state.  Our judicial system is so flawed, or flat out crooked, that victims never stand a chance for justice.  After reading yesterday that just one county has nearly 160 million dollars of outstanding fines and restitution says a lot.  No one is really held accountable for their crimes and worse yet, no one cares.  Just pass the buck to the taxpayers and live among criminals is the message.

My son's friend's semi-estranged father, who is a nut job, got drunk last week and for some reason called 911 and asked for the police. Apparently once they arrived he had a change of heart, but the police arrested him for a false 911 call. He resisted them, although not charged for that, and during the scuffle, he claims an officer kicked him in his legs. Now the guy supposedly has blood clots in his legs, is on meds for that, and he is now going after the officer and wants to sue him for $300,000. The attorney he is using in none other than Jose Baez!!!!! (Or better known as Casey Anthony's lawyer)            I'm trying to research Pinellas County clerk of court to verify but I'm having a heck of a time navigating their website for court cases.  But it sounds like Baez.....hasn't he taken other cases in the past on police brutality?  I thought I read that long ago.
