Rumor has it that certain people will not be letting Cheney Mason’s comments about Judge Strickland go lightly.

I am going to wait til she is actually there and reporting for first time before I celebrate but like I said I have a feeling with new info etc coming out something major is in the makings.

As for Judge Perry, I think he is trying to make amends for some of the things he had let slid etc through the trial, I still have very little respect for this man. and that is a total shame cause reading his bio and everything I really thought he would be an upstanding judge, which during the jury pick and trial I realized I was wrong.

Very surprised to see JBP ruling, but noticed the provision to keep her address secret (gosh, why so the public won't know who is footing her bill), but expect the appeal to be swatted donw.  I hope not.  No idea why he gave 2 weeks though.  Can she get time for good behavior on probation?

One of the talking heads on HLN today said her address will get leaked by someone in Probations........why????......because they know they can cash out to the media for  $$$MONEY!!

I am stunned.  I didn't believe Perry had it in him, but he did give them lots of time to appeal.  Personally, I think Perry enjoys the publicity just as much as Baez, et al.  He waited until the last minute before going on vacation (So we've heard) although there seems to be a hearing about the state's expense next week.  Had Perry ruled against probation, I wonder if the State could have appealed a decision which did not require probation. 

Geraldo Rivera will be livid.  Jerry, dial 1-800-who cares.

Somehow, Casey will get out of this just like she does everything, even murder.

I just wish Perry would hold the defense team accountable as officers of the court for their unprofessional conduct in this mess.

Bookmark this link for the 5th District Court of Appeals.  I have a feeling this will be filed early next week.  I heard on the TV that the DT will ask for them to put this on the top of the pile to get an answer before her report date, Aug. 26.

I'm hoping there are things to come ... The Jar was not too happy upon leaving court the other day.   Perhaps the 'piper will be paid' on down the line.   He has behaved shamefully.

LMAO on good behavior on probation no she doesn't or it doesn't work that way here in N.Carolina it will only keep her out of jail on good behavior.

If hers is sit up like my son's it will be a piece of cake basically or it is for him due to he doesn't drink or do drugs.
His probation officer comes to the house once a month and he goes to his office, there he might have to do a pee test for drugs, hes not allowed to carry any fire arms or have any weapons in his possession. He goes to school at night and his job during the day and as long as his pee tests are clean then no problem and his fines are being paid on each month. 1 screw up and his probation could be provoked.
