I am going to wait til she is actually there and reporting for first time before I celebrate but like I said I have a feeling with new info etc coming out something major is in the makings.

As for Judge Perry, I think he is trying to make amends for some of the things he had let slid etc through the trial, I still have very little respect for this man. and that is a total shame cause reading his bio and everything I really thought he would be an upstanding judge, which during the jury pick and trial I realized I was wrong.

It is happy news to see in print that karma is coming closer and closer to KC and gang

I would HATE to be her probabtion officer!!!  Too much work....she will probably just get an interstate compact and do her probation in another state so that she doesn't have to go back to Florida!

Casey Anthony must return for probation, judge rules
Exception made to keep her address private in case of check fraud
August 12, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. — Casey Anthony must return to Florida's Orange County no later than Aug. 26 in order to serve a one-year probation for check fraud, a judge ruled Friday.
Judge Belvin Perry had to rule on whether Anthony, 25, should serve probation for a check fraud conviction — or if she had already completed it while awaiting her murder trial in the Orange County Jail.
Perry said he would authorize the Department of Corrections to make an exception and keep Anthony's address private during her probation.
"It is clear the court stated the defendant's probation was to start once she was released from jail," Perry said in his order.

Casey Anthony Must Come Out of Hiding and Report for Probation
By JESSICA HOPPER (@jesshop23)
Aug. 12, 2011

Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted of murdering daughter Caylee, must emerge from hiding and return to Orlando, Fla., by Aug. 26, a judge ordered today.

Judge Belvin Perry ended 10 days of deliberations by writing an order that Anthony must report to the Department of Corrections in two weeks to serve a year of supervised probation.

Casey Anthony: Casey Anthony must serve one year probation
She is ordered to report to probation office no later than Aug. 26. Judge Belvin Perry says to avoid probation would make sentence a 'mockery of justice.'

By Amy Pavuk, Orlando Sentinel

1:48 p.m. EDT, August 12, 2011
 ::snipping2::
Perry said there was no double jeopardy issue because Anthony couldn't comply with the standard 13 conditions of probation while she was in jail.

"To permit the Defendant, whose counsel was well aware that the probation was to begin upon the Defendant's release from jail, to avoid serving probation now, would take a lawfully imposed sentence and make it a mockery of justice," Perry wrote. "This would allow a defendant to take advantage of a scrivener's error and be rewarded. This is not the message the courts want to send to the public or defendants."

During last week's hearing, Perry asked the defense if they knew about the probation being served in jail. Defense attorney Lisabeth Fryer admitted that they did, but said it wasn't the defense's burden to notify the court about it.

Perry took up that issue in his order as well, stating that attorneys have "a duty of candor."

"While ignorance of the contents of a court order is one thing, the failure to abide by that order and the failure to notify the court of a known scrivener's error in the order may be a violation of an attorney's duty of candor," Perry wrote. "To additionally seek to use a scrivener's error to achieve an end that was against the court's intent, especially where both parties had argued the issue of when probation should commence, strikes at the very foundation of our justice system."

Perry continued, "No attorney should conduct himself or herself in a way that impedes an order of the court.…Our system of justice should never be in the position of rewarding someone who willfully hides the ball."

Just had to swing by and see what my monkey friends thought about the news!  A small consolation, no doubt, but any good news is good news to me.

My wish?  Somebody befriends horseface and gets her drunk on purpose, photographs it, and sells it to the rag mags.  Monkey Devil!

Until she actually shows up and starts serving probation I keep wondering what the DT will try and pull to get her out of serving.  A motion may pop up by 5 today...if not we will see them next week.  Why give the DT any time at all?

Why wait the 2 weeks to have her report to Orange County?  With Toddy boy's private plane she could have been back to Orange County by tomorrow...even if they had to hog tie her to get her back there.

Now we wait and see if JB is sanctioned...I bet he gets out of it but I hope he does not.

Thanks Monkey's for all the updates and all you do!
