The child was reported missing by her parents who said the preschooler was outside near the front yard of the residence riding bikes with her older brother, age 5. The sibling reportedly went into the residence for a drink and it was later discovered that Breann was no longer on her pink and purple bicycle. The mother and father began searching for their daughter for around 30 minutes, before calling police. Since that time, a group of local volunteers and law enforcement officials, have teamed with the FBI and other specialty search groups in an attempt to locate the missing girl.

They must have known this man and he probably had that baby in his house while every around him desparately searched for her...IDK, but I suspect he not only killed her, but sexually abused her as well. He had to have snuck off to discard the bike's training wheels and to dispose of her body, or maybe he grabbed her and ran, returning to his home after all was said and done. I bet he has a record and is a registered sex offender. I hope they find her soon, so she may be returned to her family and buried with dignity, that the killer gets the DP, or spends the rest of his lowly life in jail....this remind anyone of the Jessica Lundford case? A friggin neighbor, who should have been watching out for the little kids, not killing them!

I can't find a record for this guy at all.  I've checked by his name and his date of birth.  I wouldn't imagine a guy would begin his criminal career at age 43.

I did a simple yahoo people search and came up with a relative named "Tonya" and a previous address in Kennet, MO. I also saw where there were a few alias', different middle initials. I've tried other people search engines, but it's such a common name they all insisted I narrow my search....it's possible he's hopped around from state to state, predators often do...how sad for his family too!

I'm fairly sure that's the right family.  I think the perp has three children, two daughters and a son.  The father of the missing child friended the oldest child recently.

A father of three has been charged with first-degree murder in the case of Breeann Rodriguez, the 3-year-old who went missing on Aug. 6 while riding her pink bicycle in her Senath, Mo., neighborhood.

Morgan was quietly arrested around 11 p.m. Friday, said Debra Miller, who lives across the street and learned from someone else that her decade-long neighbor had been taken into police custody.

"Earlier we had noticed items being taken out of the house by the FBI," Miller, 51, said. "His wife just came over and said they were taking out computers and just bags of stuff. ... Of course she was upset but trying to believe the best."

Morgan worked in a steel factory in nearby Blytheville, Ark., Miller said.

"Our street is a dead-end street. We watch after each other's children. Our grandchildren have been here all summer," she said. "This is so shocking. It's hard to believe. ... He's such a small-built man, about 5'6," maybe 130 or 140 popunds, real meek. And just always seemed like a real nice guy."
