Found this map of the Hornersville Swamp Conservation Park with some ditch numbers and boat launch sites...

Nice find on the Ditch 3! I wonder if the "lateral 4" refers to a canal as well, seems ditch 3 and lateral 4 intersect.

Yes, Yes, Yes!  There should already be a law in place. 

A law is effect for leaving children in a car unattended, there should also be a law for unattended children in the front yard or backyard or anywhere.  Yes, I know mom is grieving, but she would not grieving, if she were an responsible adult. The Princess bed should have little Breeann in it tonight, and not in the water.

I no longer feel for the parents, I feel for the children.  I was three and life was a blast: penny candy, rides on the merry-go truck, if someone was not watching me, I guess, I would not be here as a monkey:)
