I had a feeling this would not end well. I hope that if the suspect in custody, is indeed guilty he will disclose where he left Breeann, so she may come home to her family...another sad case.

He is being held Dunklin County Justice Center pending formal charges.

According to authorities, they are searching for the girl’s body and her bicycle in an undisclosed area in Dunklin County. One has to wonder whether the police have been provided information from the suspect as to the whereabouts of Breeann’s body in lieu of a lesser charge for his cooperation?

Just another sad case of a little girl whose life was taken far too soon by a scumbag, perverted, muredering POS. We will most likely learn that he lived in the area and targeted the little girl. Will it shock any of us if he has a past criminal record?

A message to parents ... this is not 1970's ... please not not let your 3 and 5 year old kids ride their bikes unattended. Please, I beg you. I can remember when I was allowed as a 5th and 6th grader to ride my bike 5 miles to school or 10 miles into the larget town next to where I lived. NOT TODAY. I can't even think of anyone who would allow this, no matter what the area was like.

Sokoloff, joined by Dunklin County Sheriff Bob Holder, and Senath Chief of Police Omar Karnes, met with members of the press at the Dunklin County Justice Center on Saturday after word got out that a suspect had been taken into custody, earlier that morning. Sokoloff said that it is charged that Morgan caused the death of Rodriguez by suffocating, but was unable to provide any further details. He was also unable to comment on whether or not Morgan had prior convictions or was a registered sex offender. The prosecutor did confirm that he was a neighbor of the young girl and her family who lives on Ode Johnson Street in Senath. The child was reported missing by her parents who said the preschooler was outside near the front yard of the residence riding bikes with her older brother, age 5. The sibling reportedly went into the residence for a drink and it was later discovered that Breann was no longer on her pink and purple bicycle. The mother and father began searching for their daughter for around 30 minutes, before calling police. Since that time, a group of local volunteers and law enforcement officials, have teamed with the FBI and other specialty search groups in an attempt to locate the missing girl.

I can not understand, how cocky this guy was to scroon in and kidnap a child with a bike. I wonder if the kids were always
left alone to fend for theirselves, outside?  Who the hill would travel to a dead-end street and braisely take a child?
