I saw that..but I think that is what it is at this point..rumor..I hate it when others insert themselves into cases and then we don't know what is credible or what is not..
guess we will have to wait until the LE give the official word..

I imagine locating this baby is going to be difficult if she was placed in the water. Visibility in those canals are going to be close to zero. I feel horrible for this young couple and the perps family, especially the children. I hope the perps wife has the means to move herself and children out of that city to protect them from the scrutiny of what their creep of a father did.

Wow...wouldn't it be a miracle if they found Breeann wandering in the park after 8 days...I understand the family's willingness to hold out hope that she's still alive. I think Shawn Morgan is toying with LE. I think the piece of evidence, that's being tested for DNA, that was collected in a field a few days after Breeann went missing was an article of her clothing. I also think Mr perv is sending LE on a wild goose chase in order to allow decomp to take place in hopes of avoiding a sexual assault charge on top of those he's already been charged with....

Agreed. That is what I suspected from the outset when they said they had found a piece of evidence and were testing it for DNA. I assumed it was clothing and when police said it was not a good sign, it probably pointed to specific types of clothing.

So this scumbag perv neighbor was just stalking this young little girl waiting for his opportunity.

It is no doubt that this scumbag is stringing them along looking to take the death penalty off the plate.

in all that garble,when LE was talking about parents,i thought i heard
ball point,had to go so i didnt get a chance to look for that till now
and i found a bells point,with a levee,west of the mississippi river,
and little north of the 412, so i dont know maybe they were,searching
2 areas,or i could have heard it wrong
any where near the mississippi river is bad,thats a big mean river

SENATH, MO (KAIT) - The search continued by water on Sunday as emergency officials from all over Missouri covered the water by boat and divers for missing toddler Breeann Rodriguez.

"I was just shocked. I couldn't believe that it was somebody in this town where I know everybody," say Barbara Butler, who has lived in Senath since 1992 and lives near the Rodriguez home. Butler says that this case has changed the way she thinks of her two grandchildren's safety, "We used to let her not get away from us (in the grocery store) but let her go to another aisle, but now we make her hold our hand and she's not allowed out of our sight."

Sherry Flood grew up in Senath and said she has never felt like she had to worry about her kid's safety until now. "It's shocking, because I grew up here and was always able to do what I wanted to do," says Flood, "I never had to worry somebody was going to take my kids."

I completely agree if he has not given specifics, the chances are not good that they will be able to find this precious baby. As expected, in this heat and the elements (it makes me sick to even say this) decomposition is going to be rapid......and this is day 9

Police have released more details in the murder of 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez.

Shawn Morgan, 43, from Senath is charged with 1st degree murder, according to Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney Stephen Sokoloff.

Morgan has also been charged with armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence.

According to the probable cause statement, Morgan admitted to grabbing Breeann and carrying her inside his house as she stood on the ladder at the pool in his backyard on August 6, the day she went missing

According to the probable cause statement, Morgan suffocated the girl using a white plastic trash bag.

He then put the her body in the same trash bag, drove to the floodway ditches of Hwy. 164 and threw her over the railing, according to court documents.

When he came back to his house, he took apart her bicycle and threw it in the same river system, according to court documents.
