ITA and the Anthonys are not the 1st parents to have a child who has committed murder, they are not the 1st grandparents to have their grandchild murdered by their child, so I get tired of hearing how they have been in a unique situation, nothing in life is simple, we all go through our struggles,trials and tribulations and hardships and if nothing else is ever clear while we make our way through, I think most of us would like to think whatever the outcome, that we would come out on the other side having done the right thing, everyone knows right from wrong, it's a choice we have to make all the way through life, the Anthonys do not know the meaning of doing the right thing and I will NEVER have any sympathy for them. I do hope I hear more from Mr Kesse though.

*The Bar confirmed a separate complaint against Baez in early February. Specific details about that complaint have not been released.

And although a public entity..my understanding of the way they have worked in the past is no one will see any accounting until they file their 2011 taxes....and they can file late as long as they put in extensions.

However when you see all the money that went to admin costs in the past..why would you give them anything..everyone knows admin is the overhead for the office, phnes, computer, workers bees..and in this case that means the A's home, their computer, their phones, their pockets..etc...and to really be written off it has to be very carefully calculated to be things they don't use personally or they then have to prorate the cost of the extent it is used for the non profit.

Anyroad..my point is..when I donate to charities I do check out how much actually goes to the helping those in need and how much goes to administration.  I then determine rather this is something I want to place money in according to how much good it does in getting to the people..not paying salaries alone.  The fact is most administration costs for non profits can and are underwritten by grants through federal, state and local governments.  The rest needs to be raised locally, statewide or nationally in a legitimate organization they have most of their admin covered before they hit the pavement.  The A's simply hung a shingle out, went to an attorney had a non profit drawn up and then called it a day.....just too bogus to believe..but this goes on everyday..most just aren't as high profile as the A's.  Asking for donations when they have yet to do anything for anyone other then themselves...deceitful and despicable money whores.

They are for sure money whores Gypsy DD and it just blows my mind that anyone would give them a dime. They have not worked since 2008 so people should really question what the heck they've been living off of, unemployment doesn't pay that well and although I've never filed for it myself, it's my understanding you can only get it for so long. I do blame some of the TH's like JVM and NG for constantly showing them in a sympathetic view, they need to stop giving them any air time, any public forum at all, let them go back in the hole they crawled out of.

A southwestern Missouri school district has denied accusations in a federal lawsuit that officials failed to protect a middle-school girl from being raped, calling the lawsuit “frivolous” and saying the girl “neglected to use reasonable means to protect herself.”

The girl, identified as a 7th grade special education student, was raped twice during the course of two school years, according to the lawsuit filed July 5 against Republic School District in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The lawsuit was first reported by the Springfield News-Leader newspaper in Missouri Wednesday.

A boy pleaded guilty in juvenile court to unspecified charges after the family notified police when the girl was raped a second time, the newspaper reported. The girl, her mother and the boy are identified by their initials in the lawsuit (PDF), which, like the school district’s response (PDF), is available on the News-Leader’s website.
