Open Letter to Jennifer Ford Part 1: What She Missed During The Trial

Really, thank you for doing a few interviews. As you complain about the subsequent back lash from coming forward, we the people in the United States, that disagreed with your verdict, have listened very closely to what you had to say. Your own words have fueled the  theory that something was very wrong it that deliberation room. Your excuses for rendering a not guilty verdict not only contradict the facts presented in the case, but they also prove you were napping or daydreaming while the evidence was presented.I will start with a short list, that is something you can follow, isn’t it Miss Ford? I will then follow with some questions . I will use small words so that you fully understand what I am talking about. Tomorrow, you can return for part two of my evaluation on why your logic and verdict was not only wrong, but reeks of a stupidity and ignorance. However, I want to give you time to soak some of this in, you don’t seem to do well when you have to comprehend large amounts of information.

Miss Ford, I hope you have taken what I have said into consideration in the past 24 hours. I know how hard it must be for you to realize how much you missed while napping during the presentation of the states case. Today were are going to resume revising the facts presented by the prosecution as well as address your statement given during the Greta Van Susteren interview when you stated,and I quote “They didn’t prove the cause of death. If you don’t know what the crime was, you can’t punish someone for that crime. That makes sense to me. I mean….. “. Your second statement during the ABC Interview, “If you’re going to charge someone with murder, don’t you have to know how they killed someone or why they might have killed someone, or have something where, when, why, how? Those are important questions. They were not answered.” . Does any of this ring a bell ? These particular statements raise important questions by the public and speak volumes to  your ability to render a verdict that coincided with the law.This is going to be a bit long so brace yourself. Are you ready to begin ?

McKenna is another idiot.   That shrine of a bedroom was put together by Cindy, for previous TV productions.  This idiot says for the first year he didn't follow the case and then with little knowledge, he visits C & G and comes up with the conclusion that it had to be George and the family dysfunction and no way Casey did the crime.   Geesh......this guy is BRILLIANT!  And 12 jurors bought this crap.

Bar Investigates Baez Over Casey Probation Issue

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A panel of three judges in the Fifth District Court of Appeal is reviewing Casey Antony's defense attorney's motion to keep her out of serving one year of probation. Casey will not have to serve her probation until a decision is made.
The Florida Bar Association has confirmed that Jose Baez is under investigation for the issue.

"If they quash the judge's orders then Casey will never have to do another term of probation," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.

Casey Anthony Awaits Probation Fate
Anthony Found Not Guilty Of Murder In Death Of Daughter

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony will not learn until at least the middle of next week whether she will have to turn herself in to serve probation.

Anthony's attorneys have filed an appeal, trying to prevent her from beginning probation next Friday.

The Fifth District Court of Appeal is giving prosecutors until Monday to respond to Anthony's petition.

The 5th District Court of Appeal issued an order Thursday giving the state until noon Monday to file a response in Casey Anthony's probation case.

Anthony's defense team filed an emergency petition with the appeal court Wednesday, asking the judges to vacate Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry's recent order that will require her to report to probation by next week.

Just curious...

Does anyone find it odd that Benevides put up that hefty reward for Caylee's safe return, yet he supposedly had no connection to the Anthony family, and he said he only did it bc it was a sad situation & the right thing to do?

Benevides is the same guy that beat the money laundering thing...right?

Pavao is still in jail?

What about that other guy? What's his name again...Brueggeman?

What about Lam?

Something I found ironic is that alot of the websites searched on Casey's computer were linked to escorting, but it was never brought up in court. Why? What about bangbros? How come that wasn't brought up? Remember the Miami Pornification gig...linked to that also! Those exotic car shows & model mayhem links with some girls that frequented craigslist & travel forum sites?

Something else to think about is this: If the jury wasn't bought or professionally put together, and if JBP had all 100% good intentions by spoiling these jurors more so that normal families can spoil themselves on vacation...then doesn't anyone find it ironic that they stayed in a Rosen resort? A Rosen? Seriously? Since when do jurors stay for a month & a half in an all expense paid luxury resort? Since when? Could there have been a hidden agenda & the joke is on America?

Who owns the Rosen? Could it be Harris Rosen? Who did Jesse Grund get all excited over bc he said somebody offered to help out when Caylee went missing? Harris Rosen, that's who. Maybe he offered out of the goodness of his heart.

Yeah, okay.

It'll probably be melted down, just like Caylee's was cremated.

Time goes by and innovative technology perseveres. Maybe Caylee was cremated to prevent later, maybe newer possible toxicology, testing on her remains. I wish the State could gave kept all of her instead of just her samples.
