I'm soooo sorry I'm posting so much fellow monkeys, but working this afternoon so trying to get as much done as I can before that. In going over and over old stuff, you know Monday morning quarterbacking, I found the article/video about Bozo crying with Skank when her remains were found. WTH? But I thought according to them) it was a drowning in the backyard swimming pool, 3 years earlier, as Bozo claimed didn't he. Then why the he** were they both crying when the remains were found..... they knew she was dead, they knew she drowned, so this strikes me as very strange, oh wait, I know, they were crying because the remains were found period... not because it was newly discovered to them she was dead.... they knew, as did we, she wouldn't have a chance in hell now, and crying for Casey, not Caylee!      Could this be the tape that was sealed?

Lawyers in the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation case will head back to court next week.

A case management hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 1 at 8:30 a.m. Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony, who had said a woman named "Zenaida Gonzalez" kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Gonzalez says Anthony's accusation ruined her reputation. Anthony's attorneys say the lawsuit is frivolous because Anthony has maintained that this woman was not the Gonzalez she knew.

The conduct of Mr. Baez in the Casey Anthony trial was solely intended on enriching himself at the expense of the justice system. Put simply, Mr. Baez cheerfully turned the Anthony trial into a self-serving vehicle for self-promotion without any regard for the oath of office he took that mandated he assist the court in the fair administration of justice.

Unfortunately, Mr. Baez has single-handedly besmirched the reputation of the legal profession in Florida as a result of his B-performance acting job.
If Mr. Baez is allowed to escape punishment for his egregious misconduct during the Anthony trial, then future trials may as well be conducted as purely theatrical events with the winning performer being allowed to select his prize from Door No. 1 (not guilty verdict), No. 2 ($1 million medical malpractice award), or No. 3 ($5 million product liability award).

As a follow up to this house raffle, if they seriously are going to raffle the house off on Sept 30, they are a bit short on ticket sales IMO.  Right now according to their "sale-o-meter" they have only sold 50 tickets and their goal is 4000.  Can they sell 3950 tickets in just over 1 month?  I bet a case of bananas that this house raffle will not happen on the date published if at all.

Hello Monkeys--

In the state where I live all gambling is illegal.  There was a duck race for charity and people would put money on rubber duckies and float them down the river, with the winner getting some money, but most of it going to charity.  Even bingo is illegal.

In a neighboring state, just over the mountain, Cherokee Indians have a casino which is expanding tremendously.  Every kind of gambling, table games, slots, etc.  I often make a donation to the tribe. I don't intend to make a donation, but it turns out that way.

I believe that in FL only American Indians, mostly Seminoles I think, can own gambling establishments and they run the casino at the Hard Rock where Anna Nichole Smith died.  As I recall, there was some question as to which agency would investigate it--the State or the Tribal LE.

I could certainly be wrong but I believe that a gambling establishment such as the Kid Finders seem to plan on opening would violate FL law.  Maybe it's legal for a charity to operate such ascam business, but it would be interesting to find out.

I have often wondered if she lied to jose too and he got to hear the new 3.0 version after they found poor little Caylee's remains. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when they had that lawyer/client discussion that day!
