For some reason I feel this is just the beginning of all this with CA, I bet she will go live with Lee and Malory maybe she can be a nanny to her niece or nephew this next yr.
Something tells me this is not over with and maybe with all the law suites coming up they wanted to make sure CA was in 1 place and not having to track her down.

This week I have been thinking at first I was made with Social Services Child Protection Department releasing their findings on Casey after the trial was over with in finding her guilty of neglect that resulted in her daughter's death.
With this information and it not being available to the jurors at the time of trial, in my opion is new evidence this should open the door for the Federal Courts or Supreme courts to step up and take her back to court.

In mean time wonder who is going to give her a job? hmmm interesting few weeks ahead of us

I am hoping the reason Social Services delayed the ruling was that they never thought the killer would be a free woman. When she was found not guilty they issued a report that could pave the way for any future children the killer may have allowing Social Services to be able to remove the child from her custody. This is just my thought on Social Services and their ruling, especially since the way it was worded.

The conduct of Mr. Baez in the Casey Anthony trial was solely intended on enriching himself at the expense of the justice system. Put simply, Mr. Baez cheerfully turned the Anthony trial into a self-serving vehicle for self-promotion without any regard for the oath of office he took that mandated he assist the court in the fair administration of justice.

Unfortunately, Mr. Baez has single-handedly besmirched the reputation of the legal profession in Florida as a result of his B-performance acting job.
If Mr. Baez is allowed to escape punishment for his egregious misconduct during the Anthony trial, then future trials may as well be conducted as purely theatrical events with the winning performer being allowed to select his prize from Door No. 1 (not guilty verdict), No. 2 ($1 million medical malpractice award), or No. 3 ($5 million product liability award).

As a follow up to this house raffle, if they seriously are going to raffle the house off on Sept 30, they are a bit short on ticket sales IMO.  Right now according to their "sale-o-meter" they have only sold 50 tickets and their goal is 4000.  Can they sell 3950 tickets in just over 1 month?  I bet a case of bananas that this house raffle will not happen on the date published if at all.

IMO Kid Finders is nothing but a shady bunch of no gooders with the Anthony's following in their foot steps. Anthony's are worse by making money off their dead Granddaughter.

I sure don't know about Florida but gambling in Washington State is governed by the Gambling Commission and includes Bingo. And that can include raffle type things as well. Requires a license. I hope trouble comes to all of them in everything they try to do.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is a step closer to serving probation for check fraud.
A Florida appellate court on Tuesday denied her request to have a probation order halted.

WFTV learned Casey doesn't have to check in for probation in Orange County, she simply has to report to the probation office in whichever county she chooses to live.

WFTV's legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said there might be one more option for the defense.

"File an emergency motion with the Florida Supreme Court, asking the Supreme Court to weigh in on this."

Casey must be ready to begin probation because there's no guarantee the Supreme Court would consider the case, and even if it did, there's no guarantee it would delay her probation.

WFTV learned because of the threats against her, the department of corrections plans to keep Casey's probation location a secret.

The terms of Anthony's probation include monthly check-ins with a probation officer and random searches of her residence. She will also be required to have a job. Anthony could request to serve probation in another state, but the other state would have to approve the request.

I really, in my deepest heart of hearts, this is only the beginning of the demise of skank and her skanky, sleezy sidekick duhfence team. No matter where she serves her probation, she'll screw up and land back in jail. It's just her personality, her sense of entitilment, her holier than thou attitude and belief she's beyond approach. Add to that, the thousands of people demanding some justice for Caylee, I think alot of people will be more than willing to see her in jail, and help her back in there. She'll have to questions herself, every single time someone seems indifferent or kind to her, if they're doing so, just to lead her down the path behind the clang of steel doors. Every step she takes, every move she makes, may be a set up. We'll see another O.J. Simpson case here, where in a short time, she'll be where she belongs.Furthermore, though I understand her future jail time will be short, I believe with every fiber of my body, she'll screw up , and this is only the beginning of getting the ball rolling downhill for killer mom.
  I also believe it's only the beginning of Baez's end of his legal career. This latest investigation is in regards of some very serious issues ( I've posted on the previous pages re those issues with links). I'm sure the Florida Bar is getting pretty sick and tired of having to spend all this time investigating all the complaints re dickky head, and should be close to saying enough is enough!
  Everyone believed O.J was guilty, and they found a way to put him behind bars, I'm sure the same fate awaits Casey. Have faith my dearest monkey friends, with the depo's upcoming, with schizo's personality, and with the public wanting to see justice for Caylee, Casey will be behind bars soon, and once there, it won't be pretty. Inmates hate child killers, and the fact she was released is something that they're just waiting for her return. Wheels of justice are slow, but message to skank, you're like as you know it, is over, hope you enjoyed the last weeks, as they'll be your last as life as you know it. I, personally will be to celebrate and find a little comfort when you get back into the cell you belong, for a long time, a very long time. Not only do you have your schitzo personality helping you along the way, but you have 95% of the population help you on your way where you belong. Bit of advise.... trust no one, absolutely no one, cause they're all awaiting their chance to see a new mug shot, as you're booked on charges with their help.
   As for Baez, don't be in a hurry to pay your dues soon, as I firmly believe your lawyering days are coming to a close. If I hear of a bathing suit store looking for help, I'll post it for you next to a good divorce lawyer, as I think you'll also need one of those too!

Quick question my genius monkeys. If she's ordered to reimburse the local and state agencies, and her lawyers are stating she's broke, does that judgement remain in effect for her lifetime until paid, or can the judge determine the duhfence is right, she's broke at this time, so unable to pay and dismiss the request for reimbursements? Can they place a lien on any further income until paid in full? She's never reimbursed Amy for the funds she stole, nor Grandpa either, nor any other fines she's been ordered to pay, so do they also stay in effect UNTIL paid in full?
