they mentioned he was 26... and I got the criminal history thing from Greta.... it is beginning to simply astound me that criminals really truly have more rights than eveeryone else...

Yes, 26 is young, but what is sad is kids are starting horrible crimes at 13 and 14 now.  It's shocking the things going on in our world.

I shut my T.V. off,  I can't believe Fox just interruped going to commercial, then went to something completely different, like it's unimportant!  None of the other news channels are even talking about it!!  Evil or Very Mad

I agree. The RizGriz guy -- or whatever his name was -- didn't look like the one in the surveillance video. The Myspace guy does.

metro doing a flyby here...been watching the Kelsey Smith story today...Godspeed to her and her family...

I have just read where there is an assumption she was stalked because of her myspace page...I do not know if there is any truth to thatt or not but the thought rang true to me that when you put your personal details out on the web you are truly exposed, so my word of caution to everyone and your families is to not reveal any personal information on the web and to be very careful with who you and your family members make contact with.

In the immortal words of the Sargent on Hill Street Blues..."Be careful out there!!"
