Mark NeJame just said that it is standard to seek investigative costs.  Glad to hear that, now let's see if it hold for the murderer.

I doubt it since she always gets out of everything.  I think it was a miracle that she has to do probation (even though she still gets to do probation her way).
All she has to do is handle the money coming in, in the way to cover her ass, not linked to her, there will be nothing anyone can do. I heard the other night that FLA has the best lawyers for hiding money.  Figures....FLA is one messed up state, imo.  Victims don't stand a chance.

Casey is 25, she has a good 50 years to pay towards that money. Get a job, pay the low amount the Court orders you to pay, try to be a normal human being. It's just that simple......but she is bucking every normalcy society is based on and she always will......until Karma hits.  BAM!  lol

I bet she gets out of it too..even though her attorney, Mr Baez, called her a liar in court..she will find a way around this.  Any other person in the State of Florida would have to pay these costs..because she lied and was found guilty of that...but not Ms A.  I wonder what mumbles Mason will present as a defense to paying for the investigation that had to take place due to the lies of his client..will he say well her parents lied too..will he say his client didn't initiate the investigation..her family did/  I just bet on that.

FBI not seeking money....why not?  Guess there won't be any federal charges against the murderer either.

I can't believe that either.  After all the trouble the defense went to to call FBI witness and claim the FBI didn't cooperate with their requests, why let the jerks off?

Wait....All I see is someone's blog - I don't see any links to new media reporting this is actually happening.

Am I missing something?

I wonder how many of those 'damned' (and I do mean they are damned by their decision) jurors are watching this?
