Page 182:  September 1 Helen calls to say the court is asking for DNA from the Kalpoes and Joran van der Sloot and that their attorneys are fighting this.  She also says the suspects are pointing the finger at one another. ....

Helen is very positive.  "It looks good that they will remain in custody" she says.  Then just three hours after she tells me this encouraging news, a devastating call comes from an AP reporter.  Paulus van der Sloot and his attorney are bragging to everyone that all three suspects are getting out day after tomorrow!.  Then all the media start calling.  I call Helen, then FBI agent Bill and the U.S. vice-consul.  None of them have this information. So we tell the media it must be a rumor.  But the word is out all over the island from the defense side that all three suspects will walk.  Four and a half hours after this announcement is made to international media by Joran's father and his defense team, the FBI calls to tell me that it is indeed true.  So the three suspects who were last seen with my daughter, and who offered multiple versions of what happened that night, will go free.   And we are the last ones to find out.

Pages 184: The opportunity to hide behind Hurricane Katrina is too inviting.  The three suspects will be released while all eyes are turned to the devastation in New Orlean.

Page 185: The last announcement I make on television is never seen.  Hurrican Katrina gives the island the cloak of cover it needs to let the suspects walk free and relieve itself of its media burden. ....

The island authorities originally planned to release the three suspects at two o-clock in the morning on Saturday, September 3.  The Strategic Communications Task Force undoubtedly helped them make a less conspicuous move and release them in the afternoon instead.

Curious to see the setup at the van der Sloot house for Joran's parade of victory, I drive by there, never in a million years expecting to see who is there.  It's the U.S. vice-consul.  At the van der Sloots' house.  Why is she here?   She spots me.  Jumps in her car and follows me to a resturant parking lot, waving, honking, calling on the cell phone.  I don't want to talk to her.  Who can we trust?

I don't think she was sold and I also don't think Joran sold anyone.  I think Joran used any one he could to get what he wanted but i don't think he sold women.  I think he stole from them and used them and murdered Natalee. 

I believe that Giordano killed Robyn.

Now I wish I knew what it all means, if anything.   

Back to one of our original questions......How many times has Giordano traveled to Aruba and what associations does he have there?

Since much of the info we are getting is from ABC, whose articles continue to quote "an Aruban Police Source", I don't anticipate answers to pertinent questions.  IMO, they leak out what they want to suggest.

I did read that the Aruban Police have Robyn's computer, and are "considering sending it to the Netherlands for examination". 

I guess like they are considering getting some dogs in to search for her. This nonsense is all too familiar.   

Hopefully, the FBI has learned more about Giordano's associations and travels since they searched his home.  IMO, they are our best hope.
 

If Gary Giordano had never been to Aruba before, and he did kill Robyn and hide her body...he just got lucky with the hiding place?  Or have they found her, like they found Natalee?

No body, no proof of a crime on the happy island?

Gary Giordano of Maryland has been jailed nearly a month, since the disappearance of Robyn Gardner. Police and prosecutors on the Dutch Caribbean island need a judge's consent to keep holding him while they continue their probe.

Wednesday's hearing at a prison is closed to the public and news media. Solicitor General Taco Stein says prosecutors believe they have enough evidence to get another 60 days of detention. If the judge rules otherwise, prosecutors are expected to appeal.

I'd still like to hear more about Forester's background. The media is concentrating on Giordano as being a murderer but Forester also raises my hinky meter. I mean, at least there's pics of Giordano with his boys laughing & having fun. Forester has 3 children, also, but where are the pics showing him laughing & having fun with them? Forester owes ALOT of back support, or gas that been caught up? Does he live in a million dollar house like Giordank or an apartment/condo? How many suits have been placed against him? Learning more about Gardner and seeing these pics.  I would say she was a perfect target, living a very risque and secretive life.  Of course, I STRESS there is NO excuse for MURDER!  I really don't think she was well prepped for a real modeling career.  Her facial expressions are too fake and forced, she appears to be amatuerish.  She appears to have had some work done on her  face and the boobs look fake.  With this all being said,  I see a girl, who was probably harmless and very nice, but had very low self esteem, seeking attention with her looks and sexuality an quite likely drinking away some internal pain.  Those attract the wrong kind of people and at her age, she hadn't got passed that or found a sense of peace with herself.  I don't believe Forestor provided her the attention she so much yearned for, and/or, she obviously loved to live dangerously, refusing to grow up.  She continued searching else where, handing herself over on a silver platter  to a dangerous, sick, control freak!  I have no doubt he is guilty and needs to pay!  Will he, in Aruba?  All I can say, is this is their opportunity to do the right thing for once.  Icing on the cake would be something about Natalee pops up for Beth and Dave's closure, however much it may be wishful thinking.

Also, I believe her stats were embellished, which is very common for models. IMO, based on her shape & recent pics, & my past experience with portfolio structure, there's no way she's 110. She's had a breast enlargement & silicone adds weight. She also doesn't appear 5'6. Reports have shown 5'5, most notably her missing profile. Also, the lingerie she's wearing is see-through but you can't tell due to the shading. Here's a true picture of the lingerie she's wearing for comparison:
