Off to the doctor again . . . aarrgh! I am quite ready to feel better.  Am as weak as a kitten!
Thoughts and prayers.

Gosh, U are still not feeling better?  I hope the doc has an idea of what to try next for you today.
Still not feeling any better.  Another round of antibiotics.
Can hardly move out of my own way -- all I want to do is sleep.

Oh my, guess everyone has seen the chemical fire here in N. Texas today...Its probably near 100 miles south of me but the air reeks and sky looks like the L.A. basin... Really don't know how the folks down near there can stand it!

JSM must have been really ugly flying into DFW this evening?  Did you notice the smell?

I loved this.  I loved that it seemed everybody participated, even the stuffed shirts that normally are too busy to do such goofy stuff.  HOpe they win.

 I don't live near there but I have family very near to that area, and one member of my family was at work less than a mile away from the Magnablend petro chem plant.  He got up on the roof of the place he was working  to check out the situation and took a look and a couple photos while he was up there.    They didn't have to evacuate from their place of work, but they did get out fire hoses and water down the back of the property.

Magnablend plant lost
No injuries as neighborhood evacuated in seven-alarm fire, explosions
October 3, 2011

Chemicals fueled the fire at Mangnablend, Inc. Monday morning as firefighters from seven departments worked to extinguish the flames.

As of press time Monday night, no injuries were reported in Monday's blaze, which took firefighters more than six hours to contain as multiple explosions were reported inside the plant as crews worked bring the fire under control..

Fire truck lost

Hudgins said one ladder truck from the Ennis Fire Department was lost and the fire was quickly spreading as crews fought to contain the blaze. Firefighters were unable to move the truck safely because fire had already spread underneath it.

One of the primary concerns throughout the day was the tanker cars located on the rail line behind the plant. The tanker cars contained naphtha, which is a mixture of hydrocarbon or a distillation of petroleum, coal tar or peat.
 ::snipping2::
"We had burning fuel coming out of the plant all the way to the far end of the facility. We think that we will be able to let people back in the neighborhoods before 5 p.m," Hudgins said a 3 p.m. press conference.

By 5 p.m. Hudgins reported the fire had been contained, however crews remained on scene to extinguish hot spots. With the scene under control, Hudgins said the area had been cleared for both residents and employees of neighboring industry and businesses to return.
 ::snipping2::
Environmental Protection Agency on-scene coordinator for region six Nicolas Brescia said the EPA is doing air monitoring within a quarter mile to a mile from the plant with the results of the air testing forwarded to Chief Hudgins in the event any preventive action needs to be taken.

"Our standard procedure is to start to do air monitoring right outside of the facility. Our tasking right now is to make sure that air is safe off site and to make sure any run off water with any chemicals in it are not going off site. Our primary concern when we have a fire like this is the area rights outside the perimeter. They are going to get the majority of the smoke," Brescia said.

"If we see issues with the air we will let the fire chief know. People who are 10 or 20 miles away, we are not looking at that because that is not our primary concern. Our concern is what is around this facility and where is this smoke going around this facility. Once it gets up into the air and starts dispersing you don't have as many hazards that you have right at the facility when it is burning. "

Brescia said an aircraft is being dispatched from New Mexico to monitor air quality
