Grandma 'seems' from the pictures to love this child..I know it is hard to tell from a photo...that being said, hoping that grandma took this child out of love and concern rather than to harm him..

This cant be good that she was not supposed to have contact with the boy. To just walk into anothers home and take a child, that's rather brazen.

This is really close to me...I will keep my eyes and ears open.  I pray he is safe. What worries me is she knows that she cannot go home with him or he will just go right back and she will be locked up...so her thinking is by no means rational.  What are her plans?

Thank goodness he's been found safe!  Thank you for the update 4Donks.  I'm moving this to "Missing Found Safe", and I wish we could do that more often.

Missing Port Orange boy found with grandmother at Hare Krishna temple in Alachua

Earlier reports showed police considered Arnold dangerous because she claimed to be a "sovereign citizen" — an extremist with anti-government ideals.

Police said once Elijah was taken from his great aunt's home in Port Orange, where she runs a daycare center, he was forced to disguise himself as a girl by wearing a blue flowered dress and combing his hair to look like a girl’s hairstyle. Elijah first told agents his name was "Angel," which his grandmother instructed him to say.

The pair were located on FDLE surveillance video at the Hare Krishna temple in Alachua, located on NW 112th Avenue, on Thursday after being tracked to that area.

Port Orange police said Arnold tried to hide from them.

Police said they're worried about his safety in the future.

“We're not sure of other people that might know the grandmother that believe in the same principles or lack of principles, so I think that is a possible threat that remains out there,” Surmaczewicz said.
