I'm beginning to get a little suspicious of all these latest NE stories. b)not attending classes or counseling
c)not having a job or money

and then walks back out?  Is KC receiving preferential treatment?  How many black or hispanic females in Orange county received the same treatment in the past year?  Are these stats kept?

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police said they're using a variety of resources and following leads in the kidnapping of a 10-month-old girl from her home.

Police issued an Amber Alert for Lisa Irwin early Tuesday morning. The baby was last seen at 10:30 p.m. Monday asleep in her crib at her parents' home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue.

Police said Lisa's father called for help at 4 a.m. after discovering that she was gone.

"We're working some angles, but there are no hard leads," Police Capt. Steve Young said during an afternoon news briefing.

Young added that about 100 officers were actively investigating the case and searching a handful of areas, including near Chouteau Trafficway and Parvin Road.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police said they're using a variety of resources and following leads in the kidnapping of a 10-month-old girl from her home.

Police issued an Amber Alert for Lisa Irwin early Tuesday morning. The baby was last seen at 10:30 p.m. Monday asleep in her crib at her parents' home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue.

Police said Lisa's father called for help at 4 a.m. after discovering that she was gone.

KMBC's Peggy Breit reported that the girl's mother was taken in a unmarked police car to police headquarters for an interview. Breit reported that is routine in an investigation like this. Both parents had been interviewed at the home earlier in the morning, and police said they were both cooperative. Breit also reported that a couple of children who were in the home at the time of the abduction would be talked to by investigators, as well.

Police said Lisa has blue eyes and blond hair. She is 30 inches tall and weighs 26 to 30 pounds. She has two bottom teeth, a small bug bite under her left ear, a beauty mark on her right outer thigh and currently has a cold with a cough.

The baby was last seen wearing purple shorts and a purple shirt with white kittens on it.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony on Monday evening reported to her probation officer for the second time, officials said.

According to the Florida Department of Corrections, Anthony answered all of her probation officer's questions and has continued to be compliant.

Anthony told her probation officer that she is still unemployed, is not attending school and has had no source of income within the last month, the DOC said.

Of course she is unemployed ..they have set up a dummy corp to take care of the money..and they aren't paying her ..they are paying her rent, her shrinks and doctors, her boozing, her food, her body gaurds, her clothing and whatever else she does or wants..but the dummy corp is writing that off as expenses...and so what else did we expect?  These people who are handling her..not just Baez but those he hired know exactly what they are doing..none of this is income for her..and it is all expenses for the corporation..which like her parents nonprofits will never show a cent spent on anything other then her and her upkeep.

From her probation order:

1) Not later than the fifth day of each month, you will make a full and truthful report to your Probation Officer on the form provided for that purpose.

2) You will pay to the State of Florida $20.00 per month toward the cost of supervision, plus a 4% surcharge per month by the fifth day of each month unless otherwise waived in compliance with Florida Statutes.

3) You will not change your residence or employment or leave the county of your residence without first procuring the consent of your Probation Officer.

4) You will neither possess, carry or own any weapons or firearm without first securing the consent of your Probation Officer.

5) You will live and remain at liberty without violating any law. A conviction in a court of law shall not be necessary in order for such a violation to constitute a violation of your probation.

6) You will not use intoxicants to excess; nor will you visit places where intoxicants, drugs or other dangerous substances are unlawfully sold, dispensed or used.

7) You will work diligently at a lawful occupation and support any dependents to the best of your ability as directed by your Probation Officer.

8 ) You will promptly and truthfully answer all inquiries directed to you by the Court or the Probation Officer, and allow the Officer to visit in your home, at your employment site or elsewhere, and you will comply with all instructions he may give you.

9) You will not possess or use any marijuana or other controlled substance except upon prescription of a duly licensed medical or osteopathic doctor and then only in accordance with the prescribed dosage. You will not possess any controlled substance paraphernalia or forged or blank prescription forms.

10) Unless prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages by a special condition elsewhere in this order, you will not consume alcoholic beverages to the extent that your normal faculties are impaired.

11) You will submit to a reasonable search without a warrant by the Probation Officer of your person, effects, residence or business premises or vehicle for alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons or firearms. You will submit to chemical tests (breath, urine and blood) upon request of your Probation Officer to determine the presence and quantity of alcohol or controlled substance in your blood.

12) The Court retains jurisdiction to place you in the Probation and Restitution Center upon recommendation of your Probation Officer without finding of violation of probation.

13) You will not knowingly associate with any persons engaged in criminal activity.

Which is exactly what I saw when I looked at her little form.  So, how often are those on probation allowed to get by with this or is KC special (eye roll here).  Also, did her claim of no income allow her to get by with not paying the $20 monthyly charge?

With my son he has a low grade felony, and is on Probation in his probation he is to work or go to school, no drugs no alcohol, I am not sure how she is getting by with her drinking, cause anyone else would of been took back into the courts and be up for probation violation.

Pipitone reported: “She reported using no drugs, having no contact with law enforcement during the last month, so she’s in good standing.”

WOFL-Channel 35 legal analyst Hal Uhrig agreed Anthony was within bounds. “The business about working or going to school, we have over a 10 percent unemployment rate in the state,” Uhrig said. “I’d say probably most probationers don’t have jobs.”

Uhrig added that Anthony has to show some effort about getting a job or going to school. “If she’s got no money, she can’t go to school ’cause she can’t pay tuition,” Uhrig said. “I can’t imagine what employer would want the distraction of actually hiring her.”

Uhrig was struck by a discrepancy: Defense attorney Jose Baez has said Anthony was going to therapy but Anthony said she isn’t. “The difference is she’s required to tell the truth,” Uhrig said.
