Ugh...Baez.  His only purpose for making this statement is to get to the public.  Both himself and Cheney LOVE that...must have liked playing the villain since childhood.

Baez is spouting off because the public is no longer interested in his client. He is just trying to insert himself into another case for attention...give it up Baez..everyone knows that Casey killed her child. One of the visitors at Caylee's site said, "she really got away with it didn't she' shaking his head in disgust..a few of thevisitors also saying that if she ever showed up at Caylee's site that she  would get the shite beat out of her!

Cookie, thanks for your update on Caylee's spot and for the photos. Seeing the water there now, then imagining all the overgrowth back in 2008, it's very easy to see how flooded (from the TS) and hidden Caylee was. I think you are right about just a quick toss of Caylee by Casey, too.  I liked the sign that shows where Caylee was found, that is very important to me. No one should ever forget what happened to Caylee. It's also very wonderful that there are people taking care of the site. I like the "laid flowers touch" by the stuffed animals.  Thanks again Cookie!

Well, Knox’s murder conviction was overturned in Italy. Anthony was acquitted in July of murder in the 2008 death of her daughter, Caylee. How was Anthony a role model for Knox? Oh, well.

Peyser’s view had the women of “The View” hooting and scoffing at first. Then they seemed to buy her point.

Morgan told Local 6 that within the next week he will take the video to the judge, who can either allow Anthony to continue invoking the 5th Amendment, force her to start talking, or have her jailed for contempt of court.

Local 6 legal analyst Mark O'Mara believes the judge will side with Anthony because she is in the process of appealing her convictions for lying to investigators.

“I think the judge may well say until the appeal is done on the criminal case she does have potential exposure and the 5th Amendment right is appropriate,” O'Mara said.

However, O'Mara said even if Anthony never answers any questions, Gonzalez's attorneys can bring up that point in civil court and let the jury decide if that means Anthony has something to hide.

Saturday afternoon, Morgan's son, attorney Matt Morgan, wrote on his Twitter page that he wanted to release the video.

"The judge must rule on the issue before we release any images or video footage," Morgan said.

However, Morgan promised his followers that the tapes are "coming soon."
