Terri...I don't think you are crazy for feeling the way that you do about your son's awful experience....glad that he is ok!
Hubs and I were talking about the Anthony's going up and own that road. Hubs said that he would have to move knowing our grandchild was placed in the woods there. It would haunt me too!  The Anthony's don't have to drive past the site to get to their home A's there is another way to go to avoid seeing it. However, I do wonder if they do drive that way, once in awhile. I dislike the Anthony's, but I don't doubt their love for Caylee and that they suffer. Jmo...

hey Cookie!  I would have to move from the area.  I am trusting that people will eventual reap what they have sown and the A's have sown much.   I do not doubt they love Caylee, but because they did not DEMAND justice, I have no major sympathy for them.

Casey Anthony was deposed in a 45 minute videotaped deposition via video-conference October 8 by attorney John Morgan in Orlando, Florida regarding the defamation lawsuit being brought against her in her civil case. She refused to answer most questions.  ::snipping2:: ::snipping2::

"I look forward to the Florida Bar investigating these matters because they, like the many others that came before them, have no merit," Baez said in a statement emailed to the Orlando Sentinel.

"When an attorney takes on an unpopular cause, especially one in the spotlight, he or she will face criticism," Baez added. "It is a small price to pay for our individual rights under our criminal justice system."

The progress of the complaints comes in the aftermath of Casey Anthony's acquittal on the most serious charges against her, including first-degree murder, in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie.

They also come at a delicate time for Baez, who grew from a relatively obscure local attorney before the case to a national legal figure after the trial. As Anthony's lead attorney, Baez is associated with dogged advocacy, and he ended up on the winning end of a hard-fought, six-week trial.

The outcome of the Bar inquiries could undermine any professional gains Baez might be enjoying as a result of the Anthony case, or they could allow him to have his name cleared and avoid formal discipline.

Right,they should have demanded justice for Caylee..George is stepping up a bit by at least admitting that Casey is responsible for Caylee's death...they should have fought harder to make sure that Caylee's murderer paid for taking her life,no matter that it was their daughter.

Local followers of the Casey Anthony trial have a little more than a month to wait for the release of prosecutor Jeff Ashton's new book on the super high-profile case.

"Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony" is set to go on sale Nov. 15. The book will cost $26.99, according to William Morrow, an Imprint of HarperCollins Publishers.

The following Monday, Nov. 21, Ashton will do a public question-and-answer and book signing at the Orlando Public Library downtown. That event is set for 6 p.m. at the 101 East Central Blvd. location. ::snipping2::

Florida Bar Reviews 2 Complaints Against Baez

Both complaints center around the way Baez handled Anthony and her case.

"I am looking forward to the Bar completing its investigation, so that it can be dismissed just like the 20 previous complaints. It is part of the job whenever you fight an unpopular case," Baez told CNN in August.

It is not yet clear when the Bar expects to decide on the complaints.
