Marlee - I'm about ready to run to the store.  Just checked my email and nothing yet.

Marlee - got your email.  The picture is fine unless you want it bigger?  Sometimes when you resize in photobucket you need to refresh your browser to see the change.

China is supplying weapons to terroists..

http://www.washingtontimes.com/national/inring.htm

It's beginning to sound as if China will supply anything to anyone if they can make a few bucks off it.

I think isolationism is a good thing.

I think its about time we show the world again that we have nuclear weapons and we WILL use them.

of course it will never happen and the world knows it.

Blah- a good start would be to yank all foreign aid until the rest of these countries get the crap together... and after 200+ years of showing the world that freedom works, some of the world still disagrees.
No Democracy - No Foreign Aid. That's step one.

Step Two would be we cut off their shipping lanes and cut them off from our State Dept (which some countries might consider a good thing).

We can't go another 200 years and 100 trillion plus dollars trying to get the dictatorships to see it our way. We need a new approach... and Bush isn't the one to do it.

The whole concept of "globalism" need to be re-thought. What "globalism" is at the present, is anti-American and unacceptable.

We need an America that can stand on its own two feet and can tell the rest to go jump in a lake if necessary. I know that sounds selfish but a lot of people are beginning to see this.

Fascist Islam and China are our 2 greatest enemies. If I see "Made In China" stamped on something, unless absolutely necessary I WILL NOT BUY IT.

the problem is the rest of the world thinks Americans are weak and for the most part - they are right.

We can set-up blockades and cut off their shipping lanes and whatever else but the first time one of our ships gets sunk everyone will be yelling how we dont belong over there and we need to pull out and everything else they are yelling about Iraq right now.

I agree with pulling all of the foriegn aid and screw everyone else.  Also pull out of the UN and toss them out of our country.

We need to show the world we are strong and we dont mess around.  Either untie the hands of our military and show the rest of the world we are not as weak as they think we are, or light up a nuc in the middle of the Sunni Triangle and remind them why they should fear us.

One thing we CANNOT do is to allow these crazies to get control of all of the middle eastern oil.  We CANNOT allow them to develop nuclear weapons.  We are going to have to fight these nutjobs one day or another and I would rather do it now while we have a stronger military then them.  If we just run and hide, one day that will not be the case.

Appeasement has allowed them to get as strong as they are now and has allowed them to form a global network capable of doing major damage to our cities and freedom.  Want them to get stronger - walk away from Iraq, ignore whats going on in Gaza, ignore Iran, and take your eye off China/North Korea for a couple years.

With that counterfeit Colgate recall, I checked and found we had one tube of Colgate in the closet, along with several Crest....That one box of Colgate said Dist. NYC, NY Made in Mexico.  Personally, I think and act the same, sb, but am usually oblivious to the every day products we use that are produced for low wage in other countries....even Nabisco/Kraft makes crackers/cookies in Mexico.  Most electroncs we purchase are made in China....
