FBI: Still no sign of missing 3-year-old..

September 29, 2011 · The FBI says the family of a missing 3-year-old Lewis County girl has been moved to an undisclosed location while the search for the toddler continues.

No new details on the investigation were revealed during an afternoon press briefing.

Just came across this at https://www.facebook.com/LewisCountyTalk . Read the 2nd paragraph in the newspaper image (hope this works, if not I will include all links to the image)
Also note the poster from the above facebook site states: (edited his name though public)

"JG: Bob...I have compiled a list of charges against both over the past 10-20 years in Lewis, Gilmer and Braxton Counties and it is quite extensive. I count at least 8 involving assaults of some kind in his case....most of hers were for bad checks, forgery, uttering, and some for receiving stolen property and one for giving false information to the police...particularly crimes involving deception."

"JG: No..I took a photo of the article, I wrote it...it is fact. In this case, it was dismissed by the state and refiled as a misdemeanor assault charge. On 2/11/10 Lunsford pled guilty to the misdemeanor, was assessed no fine, court costs and restitution of $529.50, was given six months in jail, of which he was required to serve 90 days, and was placed on probation Had he violated his probation he would have served the rest of the sentence, so I am guessing he did not. He did not pay the $529.50 according to court documents, and it was sent to the DMV for license revocation and recorded at the courthouse as a lien on any property he might own."

The siblings of Aliayah and ... twins babies who are on the way need to be placed in a safe and nurturing environment.

Yes he is the step father..evidently we don't know the name of the bio dad of Aliayah ..

Yes he is the step father..evidently we don't know the name of the bio dad of Aliayah ..

Take this with a grain of salt but it is from a local posting I read rumor mill site, that the bio father was/is married and from a former town Lena lived in. I have also seen speculation that one of the two men in the suit Lena has against the West Virginia prison/jail for sexual assault is the bio dad.....

BENDALE -- Denzil McHenry's home sits directly across from the Lunsford home on Dennison Street. But he remembers it usually being a quiet home.

"It's weird if you have five kids and you never see them out playing," he said.

But that's not the only question McHenry has regarding the family. McHenry said he was out loading his truck all Saturday morning, but never saw anything strange, despite what Lena Lunsford told police.

"I was here until a little bit before 10 [a.m.]," he said. "I never heard anybody hollering or screaming, come outside looking for anybody. Nobody ever came out to ask me if I'd seen her or seen anything or nothing."

The disappearance of 3-year-old Aliayah Lunsford has turned the small town of Bendale upside down.

"Bendale has never had an incident like this before; hopefully never will again," says Jeanie Stutler, a Dennison Street resident.

The situation is bringing thousands to Dennison Street.

"The volunteers have been around our house, and actually, we've had authorities in our house, coming to speak with us and take statements. They're trying diligently to find her and get to the bottom of this situation," she says.

But for now, they don't have many clues to go on.

"We just cannot discuss any potential evidence. Again, we have law enforcement here, we're looking into the potential of a criminal act," FBI Special Agent Jeff Killeen said Thursday.

Aliayah Lunsford: Neighbor says mom never asked about missing daughter.. Article.

The neighbor, Denzil McHenry says he was working on his yard all morning and she never came over and asked him if she had seen her or heard anything going on across the street.

It has also bee found that both Lena and her husband Ralph have criminals records.  John Wolfe, a Weston Democrat Reporter said he investigated the case and said Ralph was arrested for threatening his niece with an axe, and he also broke out the windows in her vehicle.  Lena has been arrested for minor infractions, like lying to police.

Comfort Inn Room..

If they searched the Comfort Inn room that the family just moved to..you know they suspect the family.

It is adding up to a coverup by the family...Mom never asks neighbor if he has seen her daughter or to help her search..just hops in car..drives around town ..goes to a BP gas station to buy smokes, yet doesn't bother to get gas..then rides around some more and runs out of gas..asks someone to borrow the gas...all the while never mentioning her 3 year old is missing and she is out looking for her...right!
