Baby Lisa's parents names;

Kansas City Police Department spokesman Capt. Steve Young said the parents, Jeremy Irwin and Debbie Netz, are assisting detectives.

snipped from here; http://www.kctv5.com/story/15611288/police-10-month-old-girl-abducted

also snipped;

Neighbors tell KCTV5 they are upset about what has happened in their peaceful neighborhood and plan to keep windows closed and locked from now on. One neighbor described seeing a strange man walking through the neighborhood on Monday.

One neighbor told police that a stranger was seen walking a baby wearing only a diaper about 1 a.m. in the street by the baby's home. Young said police are investigating this tip and ask for any and all tips from the public.

Those houses are so close together how would anyone feel comfortable breaking into a window?  And are there no dogs in the area that would bark at someone walking around after dark?

Investigators seemed to focus on a window the parents said could have been left open.

So, tampered with has turned into 'could have been left open'.

I think there may be some confusion in the media regarding Mom's name. This article states the parents names as:

Parents Plead For Missing Baby's Safe Return
10-Month-Old Disappeared From Her Parents' Home

Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley read from a prepared statement and took no questions from the media.

(me: earlier it was reported that her name was Debbie Netz)

"We just want our baby back. Please, bring her home," said a tearful Deborah Bradley. "Our two other boys are waiting for her, please. Just drop her off anywhere. We don't care, just somewhere safe, where she can come home, please."

I was checking the "helpfindlisairwin" page in Facebook, and I came across this guy's comment, his name is Robert Lee Beagley.

Reading people's time lines across the net, brings me to think that this guy should be in it, as he was someone who saw the  baby on the same day she disappeared.

I know people see high-profile cases, and they want to somehow inject themselves in them, regardless of what damage their statements cause to the case. The guy who swore he saw a guy with the baby in a diaper, to me, is an example.

So, this guy saw baby Lisa waving goodbye to him from the front door.

I gotta ask, could the baby see from the front door to the street out? Possibly, but I'm not sure.

Authorities also have conducted three shoulder-to-shoulder searches in wooded areas near the home and also have deployed police dogs several times.

“Unfortunately, none of those have really led us anywhere,” Young said.

I'd say it is liking that she can see passing cars from the glass door.

KC police say parents of missing baby cooperative
Associated Press | Posted: Wednesday, October 5, 2011 2:24 pm

 ::snipping2::
Police have said they are investigating the possibility that someone entered the home through a front window and snatched the baby, but they have not pointed to any sign of forced entry.

On Wednesday, FBI agents clad in white, plastic suits went into the family's home, a light-green ranch-style home in a cozy neighborhood along a winding street, with search dogs. Authorities told media at the scene that the suits were to hide the agents' scent from the dogs so they could pick up that of the girl.

An FBI spokeswoman acknowledged the agency was committing significant resources to the search, but declined to discuss why the agents entered the home or what they found.

City police meanwhile combed a nearby wooded area and knocked on doors in the neighborhood to find out what people saw.

Kansas City police Capt. Steve Young said investigators interviewed the girl's parents until about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, but did not take them into custody. He declined to say where the parents are now.

"They were cooperative, but at this point we have next to nothing to go on," Young said.

Missing Missouri baby's parents make tearful plea
October 5, 2011

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The parents of a missing 10-month-old Kansas City girl are begging that she be dropped off someplace safe, no questions asked.
Jeremy Irwin and Debora Natz spoke to the media for the first time Wednesday, almost two days after their daughter Lisa disappeared. The couple made a tearful plea for information about their child and took no questions from reporters.

Police say the parents aren't suspects in the case, but investigators have no solid leads

Thanks. I guess it is possible. Still, I think he should be  on the time line as one of the last few people who saw the baby before she disappeared.

I am checking Robert Beagley's website, it lists his sister as Dawna Elam. The reason, cause Elam is the last name of the perv discussed above, and it's a rare lastname. Could there be a connection?

Maybe it means nothing, but this guy said on his post in FB that he lived next door to the Irwins, and his mother's house is 2 doors down and he was visiting Monday.
