Most guys don't file for paternity.

I wonder where rasleen raim is and if deported why? Sad

Thank-you for the correction, JI is a snake, IMO.

Thank-you for the steps for the dockets, worked well.

Star Monkey

I am not handy dandy on these dockets, if you would like to check it out.

So, a safe theory could be that he went to work, finished early and went home to find his wife and a few friends wasted, so to "show her" he took Lisa to a relative and went on with turning on the lights, leaving door open, waking the wife and calling police when Lisa was not in her crib.

Could he be capable?

Not saying this is what happened, but another theory.

I wonder why wouldn't the police accept his offer to take a polygraph.

Going with that theory.....once baby Lisa is "found" it would go a long way in proving what an unfit mom DB is.....ya know, maybe a quick condemnation from a judge, custody awarded to dad...done deal?????? Sounds like the custody battle for his older son was drawn out and contentious.
Still seems too insane to be a hoax but IDK????

Police know who this man is--a neighbor.

http://www.nbcactionnews.com/dpp/news/region_missouri/northland/Surveillance-video-shows-Lisa-Irwins-mother-out-shopping-the-night-of-disappearance#ixzz1aaHgECA3

He is not Lisa's minor brother for whom she is buying wine!

I don't think that Lisa buying wine is scandalous.  Maybe she was buying it for herself and/or her husband.  Maybe they like to have a bit of boxed wine with dinner.  The only scandalous thing I see is the wine's container.  While I know many people who like a glass of wine with dinner, I can't say I know anyone who pours it from a box.  Perhaps it has a fruity bouquet with a cardboard undertone.  Maybe it goes well with a boxed dinner.

Folks, we don't know why she was buying the wine.  We don't know for whom she was buying the wine.  It was several hours before her baby was abducted.  She couldn't know the baby was going to be abducted. Even if she accidentally killed Lisa, she couldn't foretell an accident.  The baby appears to be very well cared for, unlike Haleigh Cummings and some others who have been murdered.  I have seen no evidence that she harmed her baby.  I have seen no evidence that her husband harmed the baby.

While I personally Have never smoked, inhaled, injected or swallowed an illegal drug, it is certainly not unusual in today's world that many people have and do.  Many people smoke Marijuana. Some of them have been arrested. It isn't anything to be proud of, but it doesn't indicate that it turned you into a baby killer.

Huuhhh.  This poor baby.  Where are you little one??
Even with all the media-spin out there, I still haven't completely hopped on to the 'the mom did it' theory.  I guess call me 'on the fence'.  There may be something she has done that created a situation for Lisa to be taken but I'm not sold that she was directly involved with it.

I'm also under the thinking LE is pretty empty handed right now when it comes to hard evidence and scrounging for anything they can attempt to turn into evidence.  Anything they do have right now, I fear, is speculative.

Itaryl, do you think a new development could be breaking in this case for wild bill to zip it? (his mouth) Smile

I read on HM, LE took a brown brown from the residence, yesterday, not known what was in the bag.

Fox4kc reports that law enforcement interviewed the parents again yesterday at a relatives home.  They then returned to the Irwin residence entering the home empty-handed, but leaving with one envelope and a brown paper bag with something in it.

If LE is really interested in locating a homeless man that was in the area...wouldn't it make sense to get that photo out to the public so they can help with finding him?  Even just to question him?

Interesting...where did I hear that his name was Phillip?  I will have to go back and look.  He also looks so much like her relative Phillip.  Will have to go back and look.  Thanks Babybear.  I agree that the pot smoking doesn't MAKE her a killer...or anyone a killer...it is something to look at though to see a behavior...a combination of illegal drugs with wine could lead to something...but all speculation...theories...that's all we have right now...that's it.

Most wine comes in 24.3 ounce bottles.  The alchohol content is around 12%  Maybe two or three people could conceivably get a little buzzed sharing a bottle, but certainly a "group" of people wouldn't be falling down drunk or "wasted" on one box of wine, if a box is approximately equivalent to a bottle.  Sweet  dessert wine has a little more alchohol but still not nearly as much as liquor.

I still see nothing wrong with Deborah buying a box of wine, except the wine's container.  Maybe she should be arrested for that.

If Phillip lives inside camper, then he could qualify as a neighbor. I still want to know why are we all led to belive this is a small house? Why haven't we seen the basement? Is it a party den? The teen who had the access code to garage? Was she a girlfriend of Phillip's. Were they inside the camper and bathroom facilities inside of house?

Something happened they wanted to cover up, what? And why?

Also was baby Lisa crawling yet? Is it possible she did fall out of crib and got out of bedroom and fell downstairs? I always thought it was odd they said they always close her door. Why? I'd leave it open so I could hear her.

Something is hinkey here!

Yeah I agree nothing wrong with buying wine...unless she left that out.  If so, why?  That's it.  I think every bit of behavior is important to analyze...but one particular thing alone like this alone doesn't tell us she is guilty.  So true.

The 'Handyman'

Neighbors near the Irwin family home on North Lister said police have knocked on doors, asking about a man who goes by the name “Jersey.” According to neighbors, he works as a handyman.

Capt. Steve Young said he cannot confirm that police are looking for the handyman, only that police continue to actively contact people who are "frequents" to the area near the Irwin home.
